To Her Honor, the Mayor, and the Common Council of the City of New Britain: the undersigned beg leave to recommend the adoption of the following: WHEREAS, the City of New Britain has been marketing the vacant commercial space on the first floor of the Szczesny Garage located at 39 Bank Street; AND WHEREAS, Bike New Britain, Inc. has expressed an interest to occupy this space consisting of approximately 840 square feet; AND WHEREAS, the proposed lease term is for a period of one (1) year from December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018 at the rate of $ per month; WHEREAS, Tenant accepts the Leased Premises as is, and is responsible for making all required leasehold improvements, including build-outs and installation of a HVAC unit; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that Erin E. Stewart, Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of New Britain to enter into a Lease Agreement with Bike New Britain, Inc. and to sign any additional documents related thereto.
