This proposition would lift the lid on regular property tax levies as outlined in chapter RCW, pursuant to RCW and authorize the District to restore the regular property levy to $1.OO per $1,000 of assessed valuation for collection in 2009, which amount would be used to compute the limitations for subsequent levies, subject to any otherwise applicable statutory dollar rate limitations.
