Bilderback D.V.M Award: Dr. Marle Burke D.V.M from Lewisville Volunteer of the year: Friends of the City of Jacksboro Animal Shelter James Vyers Field Officer Award: Darren Dixon from Lewisville. Jim Dunlap Educator Award: Noura Jammel from City of Richardson Annual Conference (2017) Public Relations/ Newsletter, Outreach Education, Customer Service Public Relations Newsletter Fund Raising Committee Annual Conference (2018) Exhibitor Committee Legislative Committee C. Roy went over the conference give aways J. Cantrell went over conference information. We will do a question and answer for a panel to replace a speaker that could not make it. Money for the raffle amounts are $150.00, $ $50.00 E. Stambaugh is in charge of the raffle. Tim Hall will take picture at the conference T. Hall advised that he was able to get the newsletter out and still need more information. will be handling the silent auction. Conference is Suppose to be in San Marcos in P. Stepp advised that we have 13 paid and 2 complementary booths. 1 that does not want a booth. 16 total tables

4 By Law Committee C. Anderson will set a meeting of the committee to go over the voting and classification of memberships. Past Presidents will be on the committee. Past Presidents Committee Past Presidents will be meeting for By-law changes. TCCI Classes dates and locations: 201 La Porte April 12th-13 th, 101August 5 th 7 th 2018, 301 at the conference in San Marcos. TCCI Copy Right J. Cantrell advised that we might not be able to copy right because it is not specific enough to copy right. Roy advised that she is working on getting rid of the contract C. Roy C. Roy advised the board that is resigning as TACA Treasurer. Annual Conference 2019 bid Executive Session proposed contract from Lakeway Resorts. E. Stambaugh will get a proposal from South Padre. Executive Session called at 1:30pm

5 Removal of Board Member To Remove John Serrate and Cheryl Martinez from the board for missing two consecutive meeting T. Hall Replacing the paid positions.
