6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal from Momentum Public Affairs is hereby approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village shall be responsible for 50% of the contract, with the other 50% to be reimbursed by the Amherst Industrial Development Agency. DELANO #1 RESOLVED, that Douglas Richardson of 221 Hirschfield Drive, Williamsville, is hereby appointed to the Glen Park Joint Board through June 30, 2019.

7 DELANO #2 RESOLVED, that Julian Macy of 51 Garden Parkway, Williamsville, is hereby appointed to the Tree Board until the end of the official Village year, to fill the unexpired term of Kathleen McCormick. YATES #1 WHEREAS, George J. Measer, Jr., owner of 5560 Main St., Williamsville, New York, has requested to install three (3) bollards on Village owned property adjacent to his building in order to protect a gas meter installed on the edge of the sidewalk by National Fuel Gas; and WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted to install such bollards as per the drawing submitted by Michael Measer; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
