( see exhibit A) as recommended by the Superintendent. c. Vote to approve not approve or table for further consideration the continued employment of Temporary (less than three years continuous Konawa Public School experience) Certified Personnel for the school year. ( see exhibit A) as recommended by the Superintendent. d. Vote to approve out of state travel for the Johnson O Malley Senior trip to Six Flags amusement park in Arlington, Texas. e. Vote to approve using the days to hours formula for the school calendar to include 1080 hours as required by statute. f. Vote to approve amendment to the school calendar converting March 9 th and March 16th to make up days used due to snow/ice. Page 2 of 6

Consideration and vote to go into executive session to interview candidates/volunteers and discuss appointment of a volunteer to the Konawa Board of Education 25 O.S. 307 (B)(1) and 70 O.S for vacant board seat #3. Seat #3 term will expire in b. Acknowledge return to open session. i. As Presiding officer of the Konawa Board of Education, I certify that the following were present in executive session Angie Gentry, Dustin Goodnight, Marion Hatter, Katie Akerman and Andy Gower, and the items listed were discussed. NO other matters were discussed and NO action was taken in executive session. c. Vote to appoint or not to appoint a volunteer to the position of Board Member of the Konawa Board of Education for Seat 3 whose term expires 2023 d. Oath of Office - New Board Member e.
