Communication from Purchasing Director Larry Surber dated June 12,2018, informing Council ofthe expenditures for Blue Technologies as ofjune 7, Conditional use permit request from Helen Kurz, Pinnacle Dog Sports, received June 21,2018, for a dog agility competition and obedience training facility at 1006 Crocker Road. Council President Pro Tem Brady referred this request to the Planning, Zoning, Legislative committee. PETITIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: Kevin Campbell, Weybridge Drive, commented on the clearing ofbrush on the Recreation Center property abutting the Estates for the proposed Community Services Center and its location; inquired as to the plan review and approval processes; and thanked Directors Bedell and Kelly for their responsive assistance and information. Jim Eppele, Weybridge Drive, also commented on this topic and requested that he and the other neighbors in the area be kept informed and able to offer input early in the process ofthe project. Mayor Clough and Engineering Director Kelly explained the processes; the preliminary steps being taken at this time to do a survey ofthe land in anticipation ofwhere the building could be located; drainage and buffering; and general information on the project. Councilmember Getsay reassured the residents that the project would be considered by Council at a Public Grounds, Buildings, Recreation committee meeting as well. REPORT OF THE MAYOR: Mayor Clough read his twelfth report ofthe year.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE: President of Council Pro Tem Brady reported on the Committee of the Whole meeting held this date at 7:30 p.m. Present were Councilmembers Appel. Nunnari. Sullivan, O'Donnell. Brady. Getsay. Also present were Mayor Clough; Directors Maloney. Quinn. Kelly, Shah. DeMinico. Bedell. Surber. Grayem. Gadd. Bielozer. Hughes; and Clerk Rosenbaum. Agenda items were discussed as well as selected correspondence and the clearing ofbrush at the Recreation Center for the future Community Services Center on land abutting the Estates. The following committee meetings were re-announced: Finance committee, June 27 at 6:30 p.m. (new date); and Planning, Zoning. Legislative committee, June 27 at 7:00 p.m. (new time).
