DIEHL; AILEEN BIGGS, Respondents AND ALL RELATED ACTIONS ~I ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 0-0 The Chief Judge of the District Court entered an order consolidating all Clark County Collection Service, LLC cases into Case No. CV0-00, to be heard by then Chief, Judge Polaha. The cases which were affected on July, 0 are: CV0-00 CV0-00 CV0-00 CV0-000 CV0-001

2 II CV0-00 CV0-00 CV0-00 CV0-00 Subsequently, additional cases have been filed in the District which should have been consolidated into the same case. All of the cases involve an appeal Clark County Collection Service, LLC has filed based on a decision out of Reno Justice Court. Consolidating these actions would guarantee a more efficient use of party and judicial resources. Consolidation would not create inconvenience, delay or expense, but rather will avoid unnecessary costs and reduce duplicative efforts. The Court finds no risk of prejudice exists that outweighs the benefits of having one consolidated action. On January, 0, Judge Polaha ordered the consolidated cases to be randomly reassigned due to a conflict with his staff assisting with the cases. The Honorable Robert Perry accepted random reassignment of the consolidated cases on February 1, 0. Based on the foregoing and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following cases are consolidated with the original case, CV0-00: CV0-00 CV0-0 CV0-0 CV0-01 CV0-0 CV0-0 CV0-0 CV0-00 CV0-0 CV0-0 CV0-0
