3 Date of Next Regular Election Date: May 8, 2018 Pursuant to C.R.S The district's research and retrieval fee is $30.00 per hour District Policy: GUNNISON COUNTY METROPOLITAN RECREATION DISTRICT RECORDS RETRIEVAL POLICY Gunnison County Metropolitan Recreation District (District) sets forth the following Policy concerning the retrieval of public records upon any request under the Colorado open records act. 1. The District will charge a fee of 25 cents per standard page for a copy of a public record. 2. The District will charge a fee not to exceed the actual cost of providing a copy print out or photograph of a public record in a format other than a standard page. 3. The District shall not impose a charge for the first hour of the time expended in connection with the research and retrieval of public records. 4. The District will charge a fee for time spent after the first hour has been expended for research and retrieval of public records which fee shall be the actual cost of providing the research and retrieval of the public record but shall not exceed $30.00 per hour.
