5 Central Catalogue of Official Documents definition According to Article 5 of the Law: Central Catalogue of Official Documents of the Republic of Croatia shall mean the online tool enabling the users to have permanent access to the documents stored in the electronic document database and/or physical collections, through a full text and/or an arranged group of metadata;

10 Central Catalogue of Official Documents - what are public authorities obliged to submit? According to the Article 8 of the By- law (in accordance with the Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Law): 1. Laws and other regulations relating to their scope of work; 2. General enactments and decisions adopted by them and which affect the interests of beneficiaries, together with the reasons for their adoption 3. Draft acts and other regulations, as well as general enactment adopted by them, in respect of which public consultations with the interested public are conducted

According to the Article 8 of the By- law (in accordance with the Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Law) cont.: 4. Annual plans, programmes, strategies, instructions, work reports, financial reports and other appropriate documents relating to the scope of work of the public authorities.

16 Digital Office portal using The Legislation e- Collection is the most used among all other documents offered on the portal. The Legislation e- Collection was searched: in 2011 by visitors, in 2012 by visitors, and in 2013 by visitors. In 2013, pages were browsed by the visitors, what is increase of 21,23 % in relation to previous year. In 2013 the number of visits increased 40 % in relation to 2011.
