Instrumental in introducing Political Science Honours and co-education in Shyam Lal College [Evening], University of Delhi. Formalized subject association/s by giving nomenclature, holding regular elections of office bearers, engaging students in different academic and co-curricular activities, organizing debates, quiz, talks, national and international seminars/conferences for the students of the department and the college. Taught all the new courses introduced under the ambit of Political Science Department like Reading Gandhi, Citizenship, Human Rights, Contemporary India, Voluntary Organizations, Politics, Ethics and Social Responsibility of Business, Democracy and Governance, etc. Bridged the gap between the teaching fraternity and the student community through various interactive programs.
