6 Natural Law and Statutory Law State law is just only if it follows natural law. When State law goes against natural law, there is the right to objection of conscience and, if needed, to civil disobedience

7 Attacks against national legislation: Hungary Art. 2 of the new Constitution passed in 2011 protects life from conception; European Women Lobby and International Planned Parenthood European Federation criticise Hungary for not being «democratic and not respecting women rights»; EU attacks against «anti-abortion» campaign of Hungarian Government; Viviane Reding, EU Justice Court had to admit that Hungary broke no legislation; Cultural battle of Government to protect family and educate people.

8 Attacks against national legislation: Ireland Art. 40 of the Irish Constitution protects the right to life of the baby and of the mother; In 2010, European Court condemns Ireland for its anti abortion law; In 2012 Denmark, Spain and Norway, within the UN Council for Human Rights, condemn Ireland for its prolife legislation; The Savita Halappanavar case; Irish people against abortion. 9 Attacks against national legislation: Poland Polish legislation protects the life of the baby and of the mother; In June 2011 over signatures in 2 weeks to forbid abortion in all cases; The Tysiac case: heavy fine; Attacks from international lobbies have opposite effect on Polish people: in % supported abortion and now only 16%; Current Government wanting to change the law and liberalise abortion.

11 Conscientious Objection October 2010, abortionists fail in getting approved a resolution against the «Conscientious objection», at the Council of Europe; July 2011, the European Court of Human rights confirms that States must respect the objection of coscience; November, 2012, the European Committee of Social Rights of the CE, has declared admissible the action brought against Italy by the Ipp EN; June 2013, CGIL appeals to the same Committe: -Jurists for life reaction; -Are there really not enough abortionist doctors?

12 A leopard does not change its spots Abortionist lies do not change: extreme cases wrongly reported by the media, clandestine abortions and women death due to abortion; Euthanasia in Belgium and Holland also for children; Post birth abortion, Giubilini and Minerva;...but also good news from: USA made illegal abortion after 20 weeks; Spain on the way to limit abortion; French Mayors rejecting Gay marriages; Firm response of Government Authorities in El Salvador on the Beatriz case; Two Scottish doctors have won the appeal against a court wanting to force them to participate in an abortion.
