Other participants said they gained a valuable experience and useful information from other participants comments. The society needs a paradigm shifting on issues of gender equality. There is a need to be educated about the issues of gender. Participants were happy that the country has signed the SADC protocol. They felt that there must be awareness raising on the SADC protocol, e.g. conduct community dialogues. Develop a strong link with the Gender Unit department in the DPM s Ministry and the monitoring and evaluation aspects. Responses Follow up meeting/next steps Next steps to be taken are to engage the community through meetings on gender issues. Communicate with others at home base, workplace Evaluation forms Collected
