ABC s Christiane Amanpour Reminds President Obama Via His Chief of Staff that MK-Ultra Gate Publicity is Coming Since Outstanding Issues Weren t Addressed The Murdoch scandal that erupted in the United Kingdom during the first week of July focused attention on the intersection of power, wealth and the media in much the same way that the North African democracy revolution trained a critical eye on America s long-standing relations with tyrants and dictators. In the supercharged MK-Ultra Gate environment those in the U.S. news media are able to observe much more acutely how aligning their interests too closely with the political power structure can have many adverse ramifications and consequences. Christiane had the White House Chief of Staff, Bill Daley, as her guest for the July 10 th broadcast of This Week. She didn t miss this valuable opportunity to maintain pressure on the Obama administration over the MK-Ultra Gate affair, employing the lexicon to draw attention to how determined America s Fourth Estate is to exposing the unlawfulness and impropriety and, by direct implication, compelling government leaders and their cabinets in other nations to face the accountability heat. With the anticipated humiliation, forced resignation and threatened prosecution of the President of the United States, Secretaries of Defense and State, Joint Chiefs Chairmen and CIA Directors and the reputations and culpability exposure of their predecessors swinging in the winds of history, everyone close to or in the Oval Office cannot but be trepidatious about every question asked and word uttered by U.S. media coalition partners because of the inescapable nature of intersubjectivity and involvement in the back-channel and knowledge about R&D piggybacking. The veteran reporter and seasoned interviewer came prepared to put the White House Chief of Staff on the hot seat - repeatedly peppering
him with lexicon-triggered queries; like the first one which directs his mind to the bi-partisan meetings scheduled for later that day. In continuing to give the President et al. every single opportunity for follow through before exposure she encouraged all colluders to address the Canadian lawyer s entitlements viz. quantum and remuneration. Christiane: So, going forward then, what will you be trying to negotiate tonight? [4:42: dbl-h Cherry M.] Will entitlements be on the table tonight? Will there be any chance with the Republicans for any kind of revenue [being on the table] [Erin M.; consternation]? Guest: [grimace]

Mr. Daley is so intimidated by the power of the interviewer s assertiveness he reveals the kind of inner feelings one would expect of those at or who represent those at the core of what will bring the presidency into disrepute and cause life-long shame to families and children - a circumstance you d think would have motivated everyone culpable to take proactive steps instead of playing chicken as it was described nine days previous. Guest: A very wise man once said he didn't come to this town to have a big title, he came to do big things. And this President is still committed to do big things [5:52: grimace]. She insisted her guest not irreversibly tarnish his career-long acquired reputation for professionalism with this scandal; to do everything possible to convince his boss that outstanding issues be resolved expeditiously. Thirty seconds later she hears him use a number that
has massive lexiconic significance, so she turned it into a China identifier. Christiane: Your long standing relations and your history of professionalism here [7:47: Erin M.] is with the business community to a large extent. What are you saying to them? I mean, you are meant to be able to sort of convince them to start investing and hiring people. [...] Guest: We are coming through the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. When President Obama came in there were almost eight hundred thousand jobs [9:18: q-cl.m.] lost a month.
[...] It is frustrating to this President that [developments] are not coming fast enough. But a lot of that is based upon this dysfunction that seems to be going on in this town and that gets felt throughout the country. And there is a lack of confidence whether these political leaders in this town will have the guts to stand up and do the tough things [9:50: grimace]. The supercharged nature of the interview s geo-sub-text led him to reflect on what he s saying and apply it to the media s repeated insistence it will have the guts to stand up to [the discovered abuses of power] and do the tough things to ensure American democracy remains resilient and vibrant. Witnessing his discomfort, she strategically strikes with an express reference to the imminent spotlight of transparency. Christiane: Let me turn to Pakistan quickly: there is an article in [9:53: Bl.M.; assertive glance] the New York Times today saying the money is being [Erin M.] reduced to Pakistan [Daley: grimace] - some hundreds of billions of dollars.

View video It could well have been the result of a Freudian Slip that she said billions instead of millions, as the Canadian s quantum is at the heart of the issues between the coalition and the White House. After softening up the bunker, to borrow a metaphor from what s been employed to describe coercive diplomacy against the Chinada High Command, she hits him and hits him hard with the realization that the Fourth Estate is going to fulfil its constitutional checks and balances responsibilities; which, as would be expected, triggers the kind of expression that confirms the Oval Office and Cabinet know it s coming. The only remaining question is why aren t they moving to placate the coalition? Is it the President s intention to fall on his sword to win the second Cold War? While noble, certainly there are other
methodologies of success that don t sacrifice the integrity of the office. But it s his call and only he and his inner circle can make it. The American constituent of the partnership will be there to pick up the pieces; and it ll take the opportunity to reform the political system to prevent these egregious abuses of power from happening in the future.
