1 Official Results of 29 March 2008 Election House of Assembly 1) Summary of results Following the March 29, 2008 election, the House of Assembly results are: MDC (Tsvangirai): 99 seats Zanu PF: 97 seats MDC: 10 seats Independent: 1 seat (Jonathan Moyo) There are three by-elections pending in constituencies where the MDC candidates died before 29 March. These are Gwanda South, Pelandaba Mpopoma and Redcliff.
