1 Terms and conditions f contractual engagement of Yoga Physician, Yoga Instruct, Therapist and General Duty Attendant Directate of AYUSH, Odisha intends to engage Yoga Physician, Yoga Instruct, Therapist and General Duty Attendant through walk-in-interview on contractual basis. The engagement will be f day to day functioning of Yoga OPD at Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital, Bhubaneswar. The details of the posts, Age, qualification, experience and their monthly remuneration is stated in the table below.. Board /Recognised University. Diploma In of minimum 4 Years Duration. Registration in Yoga/ from Statuty Board(Central/State) Regular P.G. Degree in Yoga / Regular Degree in Yoga from a Recognised University. Any Degree from a Recognised University and one year regular P.G. Diploma in Yoga Education/Studies etc. from a recognised University an Institute of repute. Experience 08(Eight) year of wk Experience 05(Five) years professional Experience and practical Ability to perfm Yogic practices. Desirable Wking well-established/ reputed Yoga and Centre/Hospital. Proficiency in English /Hindi Wking experience preferably in a /Yoga -Hospital &Centre Consolid ated remuner ation Per Month Rs.25000/- P. M. Rs.15000/- P. M. Age 1. Above years. Or 2. Up to 68 years in case of Retd.Govt. Employee. (Central/ State Govt.) 1. Above years. Or 2. Up to 68 years in case of Retd.Govt. Employee. (Central/ State Govt.) 3 Therapist-02 (Male-01 & Female 01) Regular NDNYT of 2 years duration 01(One)year wking Centre/Hospital. 1. Above years. Or 2. Up to 68
2 Regular Treatment Assistant Training Course (TATC) of Minimum 1 year duration 02(Two) years Wking Experience in Centre/Hospital Rs.9000/- P. M. years in case of Retd.Govt. Employee. (Central/ State Govt.) 10+2 pass with minimum 1 year Diploma in 03(Three) years Centre/Hospital. 10+2Pass 05(Five)years wking Centre/ Hospital 4 General Duty Attendant th Pass NIL Wking Rs.7000/- P. M. Hospital/ Nursing Homes etc. Above years. N.B.- 1. The period of experience may be relaxed by the selection Committee in case suitable candidates will not be available f a particular post. 2. The advertisement has also been uploaded on General Condition:- 1. The engagement shall be on purely contract basis. They will have no right to claim f regularisation of his/her services under any circumstances. 2. Applicant should come with the Application & Bio-data along with all the iginal Educational certificates, all iginal Experience Certificates etc. with a set of photocopies and two passpt size photograph. 3. All the candidates should rept in the o/o Directate of AYUSH, HOD Annex Building Bhubaneswar as per the Scheduled below. 4. Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic recds and experience followed by personal interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final in this regard. 5. The candidate selected f the post will be required to wk in the OPD Yoga and of Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital, Bhubaneswar. 6. No TA& DA will be paid to the candidates appearing f the Interview. 7. If at any point of time during the verification even after the appointment, documents infmation submitted by candidate are found to be false/ fged/ tempered by any means, the concerned candidate shall be subjected to the legal action and his application/contract/appointment will be cancelled by the competent authity. 8. An application fee of Rs.200/- is to be paid in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Direct of AYUSH, Odisha, payable at Bhubaneswar at the time of registering their presence f the interview.
3 9. The competent authity reserve the right to fill up of all / not to fill up any post advertised without assigning any reasons thereof. 10. The selected candidate will be required to wk in shifts on rotation i.e. mning, afternoon, night & general shift duty of the hospital. She/He will have to wk f 6 days in a week and will be given a staggered weekly day of rest. If situation so demands, the weekly day of rest may be changed with pri intimation. 11. The selected candidate will be entitled to 15 days leave in a year, which shall be availed of with pri approval. F any absence, in excess of 15 days, pro-rata deduction will be made from the consolidated remuneration. 4 FORM OF AGREEMENT This agreement is made on this day of Month 20 (Two Thousand ) between Sri/Smt. aged about years, At Po, Dist (herein after called the (FIRST PARTY) on one part. AND The Government of Odisha represented through Direct, AYUSH, Odisha (herein-after called SECOND PART ) on the other part. Whereas the Second Party intends to be engaged in Yoga OPD at Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital, Bhubaneswar under Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha. And Whereas the Second Party desires to engage the First Party on a contract basis as Yoga & Physician, Yoga instruct, Therapist and General Duty attendant f the period specified hereunder and the First Party agreed to enter into this contract and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES and the parties hereunder, hereby agree as follows: 1. That the Second Party shall provide engagement to the First Party in Yoga OPD at Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital, Bhubaneswar f a period commencing from the date of actual joining up to the end of February, as agreed to both the parties and the contract of this engagement ipso-facto shall be terminated on the last wking day of the date specified f which no fmal notice der by the Direct, AYUSH, Odisha is required to be issued by the Second Party. 2. That the First Party shall submit himself / herself to the ders of Direct, AYUSH and of the officers / authities under whom he / she may from time to time placed by the Second Party and shall at all times, obey the rules prescribed and shall discharge whenever required to perfm such duties as may be assigned.
5 3. That the First Party shall employ himself / herself efficiency and diligently and to the best of his / her ability and to the satisfaction of the Second Party. 4. That the First Party shall be paid Rs. /- (Rupees ) only per month as consolidated remuneration. 5. That the First Party shall not claim the service benefits as admissible to the State Government employees. 6. That the First party shall not be entitled to any other kind of authized absence beyond authized leave. If he / she remains absent with permission and he / she does not have any authized leave at his / her credit, the proptionate amount from his / her consolidated remuneration shall be deducted. 7. That the First Party has agreed to serve in the manner as required and perfm the duties assigned by the Second Party and he/she has agreed to be disengaged without any notice on ground of misconduct even during the operation of this agreement. 8. That the engagement of the First party shall be continued either up to 28 th February till the instruction received from the appointment authity. 9. That the First Party will not be eligible f regularisation and no claim to regular appointment will be entertained by 2 nd Party. 10. That the offer of appointment on contract basis is specifically valid f the station of his / her posting shown in the letter. He / She shall not be transferable to any station.
