6 Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITIES Court Staff Ministry of Justice and Public Administration - Department for International Legal Assistance in Civil Matters Significant number of requests for legal assistance (approximately requests per year) mostly with the countries from the region, but also with Austria, Germany, France etc. Direct transmission of requests for service of documents exists with the courts in Montenegro, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (in certain maters). Direct communication between the courts is also provided in the Agreement on Legal Assistance with Slovenia which has not yet entered into force Serbian Judicial Atlas
