Admissions through CCMT Venue: Room No F-44 & F-45 The candidates who have got provisional admission in M.Tech. programmes of National Institute of Technology Raipur for the academic year through CCMT-2018 are advised to report to the institute for admission and hostel allotment (subject to availability) along with the documents listed here under as per the schedule given below. Dates of reporting for admission 25 th 28 th June 2018 for the candidate allotted seats in 1 st, 2 nd &3 rd round. (As per CCMT-2018 schedule) Timings 09:00 am to 05:00 pm Eligibility Criteria As per CCMT-2018 Guidelines Commencement of classes 25 th July 2018 FEE Details Round Annual Fee Fee already paid through CCMT Balance Fee to be paid through SBI i-collect (Procedure given as Annexure-I) For the candidates belonging to OPEN & OBC category For 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Rs. 76,500/- Rs. 30,000/- Rs. 46,500/- For the candidates belonging to SC /ST For 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Rs. 75,900/- Rs. 30,000/- Rs. 45,900/- Candidates belonging to SC/ST who are eligible and wish to get post-metric scholarship/top class scholarship are not required to pay remaining fee at the time of admission, However they have to pay the remaining fee as soon as they receive the scholarship amount or even if the scholarship is denied by the competent authority. An undertaking to submit the remaining fee latest by 15 th Sep 2018 or One week after the date of receiving scholarship (whichever is earlier) must be given by the candidate and his/her guardian at the time of admission. If result of qualifying degree is awaited, a certificate that all exams will be completed by 15 th July 2018 and results till pre-final semester have been declared with 60% marks/6.5 CGPA and NO backlog papers Original Certificate of Category (OBC- NCL/SC/ST), if applicable, as per Government of India, issued by the competent authority,in the required format given in CCMT 2018 website.. In case of OBC category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 1, 2018.Undertaking by the candidate regarding OBC-NCL status, if applicable, in the required format given in CCMT 2018 website.

(xviii) Two sets of self-attested photocopy of all the above documents (xix) Undertaking by students & Parents (Format attached as Annexure-III & IV) which must be Notarized by Oath Commissioner (xx) Soft copy of formal colour passport size photograph (30 to 40 kb) with white back ground & soft copy of signature in size (10 to 20 kb) in JPEG format NOTE 1. Documents mentioned under points (ii), (iii), (xiv), (xv) (xvi) and (xvii) will be retained by the institute and remaining documents will be returned to the candidate after verification. 2. If the original certificates are not in Hindi/ English, duly certified Hindi/ English version/ translation of such certificates have to mandatory brought, failing which the certificate may not be allowed. 3. Candidates are instructed to keep sufficient number of Photocopies of the original documents submitted. Hostel accommodation (i) Only limited no. of seats for boys &girls are available in the hostels of the Institute which are allotted strictly on the basis of merit and category. (ii) (iii) The candidate are advised to make alternative arrangement In case, they are not able to get the hostel accommodation. After institute admission, interested students must have to contact hostel admission counter at the institute. Details of hostel admission fee are given at in the institute website. Hostel fee has to be deposited only after hostel seat is allotted to a student. Location of NIT Raipur The institute is located on GE road in the city of Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh at a distance of about 5 km from the Raipur railway station and about 20 km from the Raipur airport. The city is well connected from Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, Vizag, Nagpur and Kolkata through air. Railway station is on Mumbai- Howrah railway route in South East Central Railway (SECR). How to reach NIT Raipur Campus From Raipur Airport private auto / taxi s are available directly to NIT Raipur Campus with fare of approximately Rs. 600/-. From Raipur Railway Station, City Buses toward Tatibandh / Mahoba Bazar / Amanaka are available, which stop at NIT Raipur Main Gate. Also, number of Prepaid Auto / taxi s are available with fare approximately Rs Or Public Auto can also be availed from Raipur Railway Station to Ghari Chowk and then from Ghari Chowk to NIT Raipur. From Raipur Bus Stand (Pandri) number of private Auto / taxi s are available with fare approximately Rs Or Public Auto s can also be availed from Raipur Bus Stand to Ghari Chowk and then from Ghari Chowk to NIT Raipur. Consequences of not Reporting to the Allotted Institute Last date of admission is 28 th June Candidates who fail to report for admission by this date may lose their seat. No request in this regard will be entertained.

Fill all the field correctly like courses (M.Tech.), Branch, Category, Year, Roll No., Name, Mobile No., ID etc. (Special Note: mention GATE Registration no. in place of Roll No) 6. Full due amount should be mentioned in the Tuition Fee field only. i.e Rs.46,500/- (General/OBC) & Rs.45,900/- (SC/ST) (Institute will not be entertained any refund process due to the excess payment made by student)
