2 National applications and patents s for government services, such as applications and registrations, and copies and printouts of public documents, are exempt from VAT. 7 Trademarks s and payment If you use PRV's online service for trademark applications, the filing fee is lower than if you submit your application on paper. The fee must be paid regardless of whether your trademark application is approved or not, as it covers the costs of processing. Applications s for government services, such as applications and registrations, and copies and printouts of public documents, are exempt from VAT.
