2 All fees charaed under this section shall be due and payable at the time of the application for plan review, permit, or inspection. The Fire Marshal shall not issue any permit until all fees charaed under this section are paid. Permits shall bear the sirnature of the Fire Marshal or his designee, and shall include at minimun the following information: _Ccl 1. Name and address of permit holder Address or location of job site. 3. Permit number and date of issuance Scope of work Inspection requirements. This section shall not apply to single family homes and residential duplexes, provided that such are not otherwise required to have fire sprinklers, or meet fire sprinkler recluirements under this code.? I PART I1 CONFLI~ING PROVISIONS Special Acts of the Florida Legislature applicable only to unincorporated areas of Martin County, County Ordinances and County Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby superseded by this Ordinance to the extent of such conflict.
