During the pat down a clear plastic baggy with Methamphetamine was located. A 10 year victim came forward stating Inmate 13 had been touching the victim during piano lessons. When confronted Inmate 13 admitted to touching the victim. While Officer was talking to Inmate 14 he noticed the odor of alcohol omitting from hium. A prelimanary alcohol breath sample was conducted showing Inmate 14 with the result of.18% blood alcohol content. During the booking process Inmate 14 was found to be in possession of mehtamphetamine. Officer responded to a traffic collision between a Ford Expedition and a Ford F-150 at Hwy 41 south of Omaha Avenue. Per witnesses the Ford expedition traveled over into the northbound traffic lane and struck the oncoming Ford F-150. Officer contacted Inmate 15, who was being cared for by fire personal, upon speaking to Inmate 15 Officer noticed signs of alcohol intoxication.
