HENDERSON steven duane curry; a Natural man Dave Wood Road Montrose, CO cwheileg@gmail.com SUBJECT: juris privati COUNTER CLAIM/RESPONSE TO COURT ORDERED APPEARANCE OF APRIL 30, COMES NOW; This Natural man known to all other men as steven duane curry, with a NOTICE-ONLY, AND COUNTER CLAIM, and a BRIEF/ARGUMENT of his Case presented IN-PERSON; Pursuant Common Law, and for the reasons stated below, it is obvious to me, and many other men, that this PRIVATE CORPORATE COURT-OF-LAW has overstepped its lawful, and terminal boundaries, and has exceeded its own Corporate limitations, violated its own jurisdictional authority, and is clearly demonstrating that it lacks a functioning moral compass. Since January 26, 2012, i, steven duane curry, a natural man, have suffered and endured the unwarranted, and unprovoked hostility, oppression, tyranny, and terrorism from this Private Corporate Court-of-Law, and its appointed officers. i have, in every 2

3 sense of the expression, served the unlawfully levied (suspended) sentence, plus a year and one month, having been held captive, and as a prisoner, and as a CORPORATE hostage, against my WILL! and i, the living breathing man, have suffered tremendously from numerous attacks against my family, friends, associates, my character, honor, integrity, psyche, financial wellbeing, freedom of travel, and personal security; just to name a few of the CORPORATE criminal acts brought against me. ALL of these injuries, a.k.a. invasions of legal right, by these CORPORATE raiders, have left their marks as injuries and deep-cutting wounds, which will continue to be suffered irreversibly and these injuries will never, fully, heal completely. Definitions: 1). Injury; an unlawful invasion ( a taking ) of Rights. 2). A sufferable act with a direct, indirect, injury is a crime. 3). Judicial error is criminal when injury, a.k.a. an invasion of legal right ocurrs. 4). A Corporate taking of any manʼs property, by force, deception, fraud, or any manner injurious, and for whatever nefarious cause, or reason, is a criminal act, and is classed as a felony. 5). A Corporate taking of any manʼs property, by intimidation, coercion, trickery, larceny, oppression, slavery, or by denial of due process, by more than one PERSON, constitutes a Criminal Conspiracy. 6). corporation, n. An entity (usu. a business) having authority under law to act as a single person distinct from its shareholders who own it and having rights to issue stock and exist indefinitely; a group or succession of persons established in accordance with legal rule into a legal or juristic person that has legal personality distinct from the natural persons who make it up, exists indefinitely apart from them, and has the legal powers that its constitution gives it; 7). corporation, A corporation is an artificial being, invisible, intangible, and existing only in contemplation of law...{i}t possesses only those properties which the charter of its creation confers upon it. Trustees of Dartmouth College v. Woodward, 17 U.S. (4 Wheat.) 518, 636 (Marshal, J). 8). 18 USC Continuing financial crimes enterprise (a) Whoever (1) organizes, manages, or supervises a continuing financial crimes enterprise; and 3

4 (2) receives $5,000,000 or more in gross receipts from such enterprise during any 24-month period, shall be fined not more than $10,000,000 if an individual, or $20,000,000 if an organization, and imprisoned for a term of not less than 10 years and which may be life. (b) For purposes of subsection (a), the term continuing financial crimes enterprise means a series of violations under section 215, 656, 657, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1014, 1032, or 1344 of this title, or section 1341 or 1343 affecting a financial institution, committed by at least 4 persons acting in concert. i have attempted many times, and in numerous and various ways, to Defend myself, my wife, my Freedoms, Liberties, Pursuits, and Property, to the best of my abilities, yet, all of my submissions backed by these various Law forms, and volumes, upon volumes, of facts, evidence, and exhibits, have been for NAUGHT, according to this court, and the District Court of Appeals. i must, yet, remind you again, that at the sentencing, i, a Natural man, whom this court has NO jurisdiction, or authority, over, was without legal representation and, not having yet filed pro se, the sentencing is considered illegal, and unlawful. You know this to be TRUE, and you CANNOT argue this point, Sir, without committing Perjury! It has been a, most, difficult task to play in the field of this court, where the rules of law, and rules of procedure, are in constant motion and flux, with no true foundation upon which to lay my arguments. It has appeared, that no matter my argument(s), the rulings from the Mesa County & District Courts are determined, solely, on Judicial Discretion, which can, only, be construed as Obstruction of Justice, Judicial Misconduct, and Judicial Malfeasance. Should i be present April 30th and give you the opportunity to arrest me again? You already know that i exist as a Natural man, as I have been forced, tricked, intimidated, coerced, kidnapped, and terrorised by YOU on four separate ocassions! To have you ORDER my appearance in-person, without first justly compensating me for these past appearances, is nothing more than theft of my property, and until i have received my fair compensation from you, i CANNOT grant you my Consent to this appearance inperson! i have come, and have Appeared In-PERSON, before this court THIRTEEN TIMES (13X) in the last TWELVE (12) WEEKS, as the man who is the Authorized Agent for the PERSON you believe you have jurisdiction and authority over, yet, YOU, having admitted by your Oath to be ONLY a Politician, and having stated in your Oath, I will solemnly swear to administer justice WITHOUT RESPECT TO PERSONS, you, Sir, have expressed NO RESPECT to the PERSON i have presented to you and this court! What you MUST RESPECT, Sir, is me, the man as one of the People! Without 4

5 according proper and lawful RESPECT to this man, or to the People, you, Sir, will have NO RESPECT from this man, or from the People! As you have impersonated, performed, and for over two years, now, and you have acted, again, in the very same fashion, on April 14, 2014, you have intentionally, and with political prejudice, ignored, refused, denied, obstructed, derailed, and DISRESPECTED, with arrogance, and recklessness, this man, and the PERSON he represents! You were presented, Sir, countless documents, motions, orders, demands, requests, affidavits, testimony, and exhibits, clearly demonstrating Joshua Striteckyʼs cowardice, betrayal, and treason against his client, yet, you disrespected my THIRTEEN PERSONAL APPEARANCES, and have excused your buddy, friend, and pal, from any liability for his criminal actions against me! You, Sir, did NOT have my authority, or consent, to do so! Your phony ruling of April 14, 2014, stands as NULLIFIED & VOID, pursuant Marbury V. Madison, and C.R.C.P. Rule 60, C.R.C.P. Rule 35 (a-z), and whatever Rule of Law, or Rule of Procedure, you wish to ignore, bury, suppress, deny, and thumb your nose at. Just keep in mind, Sir, that it is YOUR mockery, disdain, and contempt for the Supreme Law of Land, YOU will have to answer to, and in answering, YOU will be testifying as to YOUR TREASON AGAINST THE PEOPLE! If i were to grant YOU, or this court authority, for even a second, i would REQUIRE of YOU, the man, to arrest the verdict of the jury, and to grant my rightful acquittal, and to return to me, all of the property you have stolen from my wife and i, and to provide me, and my wife, with ALL just compensation for the heinous crimes YOU, reed, stritecky, hautzinger, lewis, rickard, petrowski, nordeen, camper, suthers, colony, mullins, dahl, simonson, degahart, schum, hupe, black, geller, hutson, mitchel, korotev, agee, garvie, zolensky, benjamin, and other men, and women, cloaked and hiding under their Corporate Charters and fascades, have conspired to commit these malicious crimes againt me, and my wife! As a man, Sir, YOU would have this jurisdiction, power, and authority, to ORDER this BE done, but, as the impersonator, the imposter, and the fraud, you are, you CANNOT, by ANY OTHER AUTHORITY, except by GOD, should HE BE IN YOU, and by YOUR Oath, HE IS NOT, or be granted any such jurisdiction, power, or authority, from any other man, or woman! On October 18, 2014, when YOU, Sir, LIED, and YOU STOLE property belonging to this man, and this manʼs wife, by way of the following criminal acts. 1). This man was to have had his case presented by a competent consul of law, in a fair and impartial court of law, and and to have his case heard by a fair and impartial jury of this manʼs peers, and to have this jury review both the facts, and laws, and to return a fair verdict based on both the facts and laws presented. 5

6 A). It is on the Record, Sir, that, by YOUR commands, a number of men from the jury pool, were excused because they knew of my brother, who lived in Grand Junction. These men did not know me, and had sworn to review and deliberate fairly, honestly, and justly. YOU STOLE, Sir, this manʼs rights to have his case presented and heard by an impartial jury of his peers! B). It is on the Record, Sir, that, by YOUR commands, a jury of five women, and one man, were seated, with only the man having any education beyond high school. This man was chosen as the Jury Foreman. C). It is on the Record, Sir, that YOU LIED to the jury when you presented instructions to this jury of the court, you declared yourself as simply an Administrator and Mediator, and that it was to be their duty, and their right, alone, to review, consider, and deliberate, on the facts of this case, only! YOU STOLE, Sir, the property of this man, when YOU denied the jurors their right to hear, review, consider, and deliberate on ALL of the facts, evidence, circumstances, testimony, artifacts, documents, and exhibits from both the prosecution and defense. D). It is on the Record, Sir; that YOU STOLE from this man his rights of due process to have the prosecution present all evidence, witnesses, and all causes of action against this man prior to trial. With the aid & abbetting of Mr. Stritecky, and by YOUR endorsements, the prosecution failed to produce this material & exculpatory evidence, witnesses, and these causes of action, to allow this man adequate time & opportunity to prepare his defense. The egregious and malicious suppression of this evidence from this man, and the jury, was prejudicial and detrimental to this manʼs right of self-defense! E). It is on the Record, Sir, with the aid and abetting of the prosecution, Mr. Stritecky, and by YOUR endorsements; that YOU STOLE from this man the primary witnesses for his defense. YOU allowed the prosecution to STEAL, as in misappropriate my eyewitnesses to Mr. Reedʼs criminal activities in their store. As witnesses for the prosecution, Mr. Striteckyʼs only assigned role in this production, was to NOT cross-examine these People, so as to suppress the Truth of Mr. Reedʼs criminal activities from the jury. F). It is on the Record, Sir; where, having excused the jury for deliberation, YOU denied me, a man, the rights of due process, by declaring from the Kingʼs bench, to all of the People present in the courtroom that; This court will find the defendant guilty on all three charges! YOU LIED, and YOU STOLE, and YOU stripped yourself of any right to further preside over this man, and YOU STOLE from this man, his god-given, and natural right to have his case heard by an impartial trial by a jury of this manʼs peers, and to a verdict presented by an impartial jury of his peers, which, by your commands, were, in first light, NOT seated as a jury of this manʼs peers, but as a Jury of the Court! G). On October 26, 2014, when YOU, Sir, proceded with this manʼs sentence, at the favor, and encouragement of the prosecution, and YOU denied me, a man, his due process rights to have legal counsel present in his defense. YOU LIED, and YOU STOLE the Property belonging to this man; and YOU LIED, and YOU STOLE the 6

7 property belonging to this manʼs wife, without offering this man, or this manʼs wife, any fair, or just compensation for their losses. 1). If there should be any question, Sir, about my wife, BEʼing my property, or me, BEʼing her property, you should consider carefully, that stealing property from my wife, an innocent woman, without having first compensated her, would be Theft, and this makes YOU, by all legal & lawful definitions, a thief, and a domestic terrorist! 2). Consider, too, all of the People i have as my friends, colleagues, and associates, respectfully consider me as their property, and LYING and STEALING their property from them, without fair & just due process, or compensation, you become a Criminal, an enemy of the People, and YOU will be indicted, prosecuted, and tried, as a felon, a thief, and as a domestic terrorist, which YOU most certainly are, Sir! 3). As a man, who has been injured, and who has suffered greatly by your hand, and by the hands of your friends, colleagues, and associates, i have the jurisdiction, power, authority, and a god-given right, to ORDER the Mesa County Sheriff, stan hilkey, to arrest you, read you your rights, and take you into custody. The Peopleʼs charges against you, the man, will be published in a Constitutional Criminal Complaint, and it will include, but will NOT be limited to; TREASON AGAINST The People! SUMMARY 1). i, steven duane curry, a Natural man, require of this Corporate for profit court to restore all of my property which was stolen from me and placed in public use, without my knowledge, consent, or assent. This was due to the fact that the original perpetrators of these actions included the President & CEO of the International Meteorite Collectorʼs Association, Adam Hupe, V.P. Anne Black, and Blaine Reed, who, though not a member, was, and remains a Contractor for the I.M.C.A. assigned to take out Mr. Curry, making the taking of my property, a Corporate Act of Obstruction & Terrorism! A). My Property includes all of my Unalienable & Natural grants of Rights, Liberties, Freedoms, Possessions, and Pursuits, inherited at his Birth, and all payment & full compensation for claims for remedies, reliefs, and recourses, this man is entitled to. 2). i, steven duane curry, a natural man, requires of this court to Never again refer to this Natural man, as a DEFENDANT, or PERSON. The PERSON as listed as the DEFENDANT is designed to enslave this Natural man, and to steal his property for Corporate use, and for YOUR profit! 7

8 A). Only the PERSON can be subject to this courtʼs jurisdiction and that can ONLY be done with the full knowledge, Permission, Assent & Consent of the PERSONʼS Authorized Agent. This Authorized Agent is the Natural man, and he has NEVER given YOU, or this Court, his voluntarily consent to CONTRACT! 3). i, steven duane curry, a natural man, CANNOT, and WILL NOT, allow you the jurisdiction, or authority, to intimidate, threaten, trick, coerce, bribe, force, or ORDER, the Mesa County Sheriff, stan hilkey, his Deputies, or Montrose County Sheriff, rick dunlap, or his Deputies, to violate their sworn Oaths of Office, or to put their Lives in peril, jeopardy, or harmʼs way, to serve an illegal, unlawful, and an Unconstitutional Warrant for my Arrest, or to serve an unlawful, illegal, and/or an Unconstitutional Warrant of Search & Seizure of any of this manʼs property. A). As you have attested, under YOUR Oath of Office, you have NO respect for persons, and to procure the permission, and consent of these men, you will, if you are an Honorable man, have to provide them, and this man, the exact documents i have requested, and required, of YOU, that show, beyond any doubt, whatsoever, YOUR jurisdiction, authority, or power, to draft, issue, or ORDER such an action. Please include your bar association registry number, your Affidavit of Truth, and your Fidelity/ Performance/Surety Bond, showing the liability due, should your actions cause any damage, or injury, to me, my wife, my property, my Liberties, my Freedoms, and my Pursuits, or damage, or injure any of these Rights of the Sheriff(s) and/or their deputies. 4). i, challenge you, as a man, Sir, to provide Mesa County Sheriff, stan hilkey, or Montrose County Sheriff, rick dunlap, ANY document, or certified evidence, of any kind, that gives you, the man, ANY legitimate jurisdiction, authority, or power, to instruct these men to violate their own fiduciary duties to the People who elected them, to execute ANY ACT against another man, or woman, to STEAL, DEFRAUD, OR TAKE, their rightful property, without first rendering fair and just compensation your past criminal transgressions. 5). i, further challenge you, Sir, as a man, should you have ANY jurisdiction, authority, or power, beyond your appointed & assigned commission as a Colorado BAR member and officer, and its PRIVATE CORPORATE CHARTER, and to which you have, by your Signed Oath, pledged your Allegiance, to present yourself, in-person, to my court of common law, which is in my home, and on my property, and to execute your ORDER upon me, without the assistance of any other man! If you are so confident in your authority, and you have, absolutely, NO RESERVATIONS, whatsoever, about your authority, I urge you not to endanger the lives of these fine men, or anyone else! I have appeared before you, as a man, on your CORPORATE PROPERTY, and now, you MUST stand up as a man in my court, and on my property! If you wish to take my property, Sir, you are, hereby, ORDERED to make an appearance in-person! We can, then, sit down as men, and discuss the fine details of this CONTRACT! 6). I must advise you, Sir, that, without FULL DISCLOSURE on your part, as to who you really are, and who you truly represent, thereʼs not much of a chance, that we will 8

9 be able to come to a fair, or equitable agreement! i, steven duane curry, a Natural man, will have my day in court, but, it will be in the Peopleʼs Common Law Court, and, unlike your court, justice will be administered with all due respect to persons!
