Superior Court for The Continental united States of America September 2, 2015 HAVING BEEN PRESENTED THE CASE OF; Private Patents & Estate of Connie Joy Bedwell v. DUSTIN DAVID THOMPSON & In Joinder with; JOHN DAVID THOMPSON; ATTORNEY S OF RECORD FOR DUSTIN THOMPSON, SANDRA AMARA, ESQUIRE, MICHAEL KERR, ESQUIRE, H.M.S. STATE OF CALIFORNIA; PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, ET AL; PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, ET AL; AUBURN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT, ET AL; PLACER COUNTY CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES, INC. ET AL; PLACER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES, ET AL; PLACER COUNTY REVENUE SERVICES ET AL, Fictional Case No. s #SDR ET AL; SCV ET AL; This Honorable Superior Court, having been properly & lawfully recognized by the United States Post Master General, and the United States Secretary of State, as a People s de jure Court of Record, and operating under the precepts of Constitutional Law, Natural 1

Law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article #19, Article #141 expressed in the Canons #7630, #7631, and #7632 of the (2006) Globe Union, and overseeing this Court s land jurisdiction as defined & described under the Organic & Original Constitution of the Continental United States, has been asked to review, adjudicate, to offer an opinion, and to rule upon the following questions and issues concerning the aforementioned case(s). IMPORTANT NOTE: This court invokes Universal & Natural Law & Order, under Article #141 of the (2006) Globe Union, and it is NOT up to this court to instruct in the matters of pertinent & relevant law, Rules of Law, Decrees, or Doctrines, particularly to those who feel they are NOT anyway bound by these Rules of Law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, or the Supreme Laws of the Land, as this would be a waste of time for this court. It is, however, incumbent upon those NOT knowing the law, to educate themselves, wherein, it has always been accepted, that, ignorance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights & Natural Laws, Canons of Roman Curia, the Rules of Law, or Supreme Laws of the Land, is NO excuse, and will continue to be of no avail to those who would argue ignorance, or mere negligence! Outside of the brief comments sustaining these rulings, it would, in this court s opinion, be a tremendous waste of time & energy to hear, adjudicate, rule upon, or invoke the support of Case Law, as these opinions originate from the many & varied rulings from the British King s & Queen s Bench, or Bank, the Common Law Courts, etc., where Case Law is often arbitrary & capricious, and rarely, if ever, based on the sustaining Universal & Natural Truths, or even the historical & material facts in evidence, of which this court heartedly endorses. Asseveration This Court, having reviewed all relevant documents, including the most recent Affidavits of Truth, presented by Connie Joy Bedwell, accepts the indisputable & irrefutable Facts as presented in her arguments & Affidavits of Truth, which were created under Oath, as the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth, and as the material evidence in, and under, law, in these fictitious cases against Ms. Bedwell. This Superior Court of the People can find no sustainable historic, precedential, or other arguments of common reason, to contradict the statements made by Ms. Bedwell, and with revery to the Truth, and the Natural Order of law, offer the following assessments & opinions. SPECIAL PROCEDURAL NOTICE: Given the material facts in evidence, that most, if not all, cases brought to these private courts, involve the very same questions & issues of Jurisdiction, Presumption, Consent, and Injury, the questions, issues, rulings, and orders-drawn before this court SHALL stand IN-LAW, and will apply to ALL SIMILAR, PREVIOUS, PRESENT, AND FUTURE STATUTORY CASES brought before ALL FEDERAL, COUNTY & DISTRICT COURTS IN CALIFORNIA, and elsewhere in, and on, the Continental united States of America, and specifically, the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURTS. 2

These questions, issues, rulings, and orders-drawn, SHALL be PRECEDENTIAL, and apply equally & unequivocally to ALL Natural Men & Women, who find themselves similarly damaged, or injured by these private, foreign, for-profit corporate agencies, and their courts of law, or their color of law practices. These private agencies, courts, their officers, crew, and those who serve them, are, hereby & herein, given proper & lawful NOTICE that their criminal activities have NOT gone un-noticed, nor will their criminal activities & behaviors be tolerated from this time forward. Every individual, person, or PERSONS, or CORPORATIONS involved SHALL be held individually accountable & responsible for reporting these criminal activities & behaviors, less they, themselves, SHALL suffer the very same punishments & penalties of the Principals. The excuses of Ignorance, Negligence, or I was just doing what I was told to do, will be tendered as admissions of guilt, along with being nullities upon their utterance, and they will be held void, ab initio, upon their presentments in defense. These Court Findings, Rulings, Orders, and/or opinions, unless properly, timely, and lawfully, rebutted, point-by-point, within TEN (10) DAYS by those alleged & charged of these crimes against humanity, SHALL stand as material FACTS-in-LAW, and as the Truth, the Whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth. This Superior Court of the People finds the following Truths to be self-evident; 1. Connie Joy Bedwell, a Natural Woman living in peace upon the land, the Natural Mother of Aaliyah Sky Bedwell, is a Living Being of her creator, and Aaliyah is of her own creation. Statutes, codes, rules, and ordinances, of which she is NOT a party, do not apply to her, or to her freedoms, pursuits, or properties, including those Natural Mother - Daughter relations. 2. Inasmuch, without the consent of all parties, especially the lack of Consent of Ms. Bedwell; the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, nor any of its officers, including Alan Pineschi, Esquire, Francis Kearney, Esquire, Trilla Bahrke, Esquire, Colleen Nicholes, Esquire, Jeffery Penney, Esquire, Angus Saint Evens, Esquire, Michael Jaques, Esquire, Eugene Gini, Esquire, Larry Gaddis, Esquire, Margret Wells, Esquire, Mark S. Curry, Esquire, acting & posing as Family, Civil and Criminal Court Judges, the Petitioner s Attorney(s)-of-Record, Sandra Amara, Esquire, & Michael Kerr, Esquire, and the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY(S), the AUBURN POLICE DEPARTMENT, ET AL, and the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Et Al, had NO lawful jurisdiction, whether presumed to be territorial, personal, or subject-matter jurisdiction, to bring such family, civil and criminal actions against Ms. Bedwell, or on behalf of Dustin David Thompson. Under the Courts very own Federal Corporate Charter, we find USC Title #28, JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE, Section #636, (2-3), paragraph #1, in accordance & compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, clearly states; The decision of the parties shall be communicated to the clerk of court. Thereafter, 3

either the district court judge or the magistrate judge may again advise the parties of the availability of the magistrate judge, but in so doing, shall also advise the parties that they are free to withhold consent without adverse substantive consequences. Rules of court for the reference of civil matters to magistrate judges shall include procedures to protect the voluntariness of the parties consent. 3. Ms. Bedwell, then, has, already, in a proper, timely, and lawful manner, notified the Clerk of Court, in writing, of her Non-Consent, yet, the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, with the Judges extreme prejudice, bias, and favoritism towards Mr. Thompson, and his fellow BAR attorneys, Sandra Amara, Esquire, and Michael Kerr, Esquire, the Court has denied Ms. Bedwell and her daughter Aaliyah of their rights, by the use of judicial discretion, and through the use of statutes, codes, ordinances, and other colors of law, which are NOT laws, with which to deprive Ms. Bedwell and her daughter, Aaliyah, of their Natural & Unalienable Rights inherited by them at their birth. These violations of rights, of Ms. Bedwell and Aaliyah, continuing subjugation by a private, foreign, for-profit, corporate, administrative court of law, is cleanly & clearly defined as acts of barratry, as described & defined as a crime by Black s Law Dictionary, 8th Edition, Page #160, and described under Miranda v. Arizona, and under the Court s very own legislated laws, which include, but are NOT limited to the following; a. USC ; CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS, which states; If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and; b. USC ; DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW, which states; Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State the deprivation of any rights shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; c. Courts are constituted by authority and they cannot go beyond that power delegated to them. If they act beyond that authority, and certainly in contravention of it, their judgments or orders are regarded as nullities; they are voidable, but simply void, and this even prior to reversal. - WILLIAMSON v. BERRY, 8 HOW L. Ed. 1170, 1189 (1850). d. Barratry: 1. Vexatious incitement to litigation, esp. by soliciting potential legal clients. Barratry is a crime in most jurisdictions. 2. Maritime law. Fraudulent or grossly negligent conduct (by officer or crew) that is prejudicial to a ship owner. 3. The buying or selling of ecclesiastical or governmental positions. 4. The crime committed by a judge who accepts a bribe in exchange for a favorable decision. [Black s Law Dictionary, 8th Edition, Page #160]. 4. With Mr. Thompson having relinquished his Power to his Attorney, as in having 4

retained the legal counsel of Sandra Amara, Esquire, and Michael Kerr, Esquire, both known Officers of the Court, and who operates in a genuine Conflict of Interest with PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, on behalf of Mr. DUSTIN DAVID THOMPSON, with his full knowledge, and free willed-consent, became, upon his signature, an incompetent, mentally-challenged, and a voluntarily conscripted ward of the State, where, upon his signature to the retainer, he has, also, knowingly relinquished his Natural & Unalienable rights to the court, and to the State of California, and has been assigned the Corporate Office of PERSON, wherein, he is now an operative fiction by his own free will. As such, he is to be treated as a principal conspirator to barratry, and other crimes against Ms. Bedwell, her daughter Aaliyah. 5. Given Mr. Thompson s personal & government position, and his connections with those in seats of power in the Placer County government & judiciary, including his own father (retired), it is clear that Mr. Thompson has conspired with his father, the District Attorney, the courts, the Auburn Police, DHHS/CPS and others, to cover up & conceal Mr. Thompson s physical and sexual abuse, incestuous molest & rape, assault, kidnapping and isolation & imprisonment of Ms. Bedwell s daughter, Aaliyah. It is the opinion of this court, upon the evidence presented under Oath, that Dustin David Thompson and John David Thompson, are clearly guilty of these crimes, and that they are to be held accountable for each count against Ms. Bedwell s daughter Aaliyah, each count against Ms. Bedwell, including his involvement of conspiracy against both of his victims Aaliyah and Ms. Bedwell, his involvement of conspiracy and assault and battery with a weapon in the fictitious criminal and civil cases against Ms. Bedwell, and his involvement of conspiracy in the fictitious case against Ms. Bedwell s father, Mr. Timothy Bedwell; both Mr. Thompson and his father are to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. 6. Evidence indicates, as well, that the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, the Placer County District Attorney, the Auburn Police, with the help of the Administrative Clerks of the Court, have been involved with other similar schemes & crimes in, and around, Placer County, as there are other cases involving child abductions, kidnappings, abuses, and the disappearances of other children, at the hands of Child Protective Services and Placer County District Courts. There appears to be a pattern of misconduct, malfeasance, and criminal behavior, wherever Mr. Thompson, and his father has been found to be operating. This Superior Court would then, encourage Placer County Sheriff, to launch an investigation with the assistance of the Placer County Coroner, the California Bureau of Investigation and the State Attorney General. It is incumbent upon these Public Servants, who are under lawful Oath, to convene & impanel an independent, and un-encumbered grand jury, to explore this issue, to compare this case with other similar situations, and to bring an indictment against Dustin David Thompson, Mr. Thompson s father, John David Thompson, the said Judges, the District Attorneys, the Clerks of Court, and the officers of the Auburn Police Department, for their apparent conspiracy to conceal Mr. Thompson s criminality & fraud against Ms. Bedwell s daughter, herself and her father. 5

7. With the pleadings of Ms. Bedwell to this Superior Court, that she simply had reported Dustin Thompson s crimes against her and the crimes against her daughter made by her daughters own volition; disclosures with physical evidence, such as molest symptoms and behaviors, bruises, rashes, vomiting, fear, nightmares, and so on; and reported these crimes to protect her daughter as required by law even under their own charter; Ms. Bedwell had exposed Mr. Thompson s crimes and his co-conspirators crimes against Aaliyah, and attempted to have Aaliyah returned safely and lawfully to her Natural mother, in which there can be no crime, whatsoever, for protecting one s family & loved ones and exercising her freedom of speech. Aaliyah, still currently forced to be completely isolated and held prisoner by her captor and sexual perpetrator for 7 plus years from her Natural mother, is to be carefully removed from Mr. Thompson s control and returned, alive, unharmed and safely to her mother Ms. Bedwell immediately! 8. Dustin David Thompson, his Father, and his attorney, Sandra Amara, Esquire, Michael Kerr, Esquire, on the other hand, are to be charged, equally, as being coconspirators to these crimes against Ms. Bedwell, her daughter, and her Father. It is this Court s suggestion that, Mr. Thompson, Mr. Thompson s father, Sandra Amara, Esquire, Michael Kerr, Esquire, and Sergeant Victor Pecoraro, be treated as the Principals in these crimes, along with the other accessories-after-the-fact. These individuals will include Family Court Administrator, said Judges, GAL Rebecca Bowman Esquire, the Clerk of Court, the participating Executives & case workers of Placer County Child Protective Services, and the District Attorney, pursuant numerous 18, 22, 28, and 42 USC violations, and specifically, 15 USC 1 & 2, wherein, the said Judges, the DA, the Attorneys, DHHS and the Auburn Police Chief and officers, shall be held accountable for their conspiracies to conceal Mr. Thompson s crimes, and to conceal, or negate, Ms. Bedwell s Rescission of Consent, and acts barratry, and other frauds as partners, and brothers & sisters in crime, with each operating within the very same private, foreign, for-profit, CORPORATION. 9. This Superior Court of the People, after a thorough review of the facts & evidence in this case, find in total favor of Ms. Bedwell and Aaliyah, and that she, along with her daughter, and her father, are to be entitled & awarded to seek non-judicial remedies, such as in any number of Commercial Obligation Salvage Liens against Mr. Thompson, Mr. Thompson s father, the District Attorney, the Family Court Administrators (Judges), the Clerk of Court, Department of Health and Human Services and against the Auburn Police Department, with any other co-conspirators, with all of their rights reserved, without prejudice. 10. This Superior Court, with the safety, welfare, and security, of Ms. Connie Bedwell and her daughter in mind, orders that, her daughter, Aaliyah Bedwell, without the recent court unlawful authorized name change of Thompson, is to be returned Immediately from her unlawful imprisonment with their perpetrator Mr. Thompson, directly to her Natural Mother via protected removal by the Marshals from her school Skyridge Elementary, 800 Perkins Way, Auburn, California 95603; and the Immediate Arrest of Mr. Thompson at his place of employment Placer County Water Agency, or, if necessary, 6

from his residence 155 Sunrise Ave, Auburn, CA , by gunpoint, drawn upon Mr. Thompson due to his multiple murder threats upon her, to ensure her safe removal. Aaliyah is to be returned, alive, unharmed, and safely to her Natural Mother at State expense. Aaliyah is to be awarded $1.25 Million for each 24 hour period of enduring abuse & the unlawful incarceration away from her mother, and that, Ms. Bedwell be awarded $1.25 Million for each 24 hour period of them enduring his abuse & time spent without her daughter while Aaliyah was imprisoned with their abuser, Mr. Thompson. Aaliyah s recent name change is a nullity, based on Mr. Thompson s, and the Courts, crimes against her. 11. In addition, the PLACER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT will dismiss, immediately, any & all Writs, Summonses, Notices, or Warrants of any kind, made against Ms. Bedwell, and her father, and that, NO ONE from the PLACER COUNTY GOVERNMENT, or the AUBURN OR PLACER CITY GOVERNMENTS, are allowed to harass, intimidate, threaten, taunt, abuse, coerce, misrepresent, or trespass, upon Ms. Bedwell s, Aaliyah s, or Mr. Bedwell s private rights or properties from this day forth, and that she, her daughter, and her father, are to come under the immediate protection of Placer (and Sacramento) County Sheriff Marshals, and the Arch Diocese of California (and Alaska). 12. Failure to execute the orders of this honorable Court of the People is NOT an option. Anyone NOT complying with these lawful orders, shall be found complicit and held equally accountable as those who have perpetrated these heinous crimes against humanity. Summary of Opinion 1. This Superior Court of the People shall publish its opinion & ruling, both Privately & Publicly, and shall serve Notice upon only those involved with lawfully restoring Ms. Bedwell s, Aaliyah s, and Mr. Bedwell s rights & properties. The rights of this court to NOT notice fictions, and other contemplations, fraudulent constructions, and artifaces, is a Reserved Right to ignore any & all presumed entities, which do NOT exist outside of reality, and any & all imaginings outside the realm of Natural Law. 2. This Superior Court of the People shall reserve all rights belonging to this court, and to preserve those Natural & Unalienable Rights belonging to Ms. Bedwell, her daughter, and her father, as the genuine injured parties. The opinions & rulings of this court may be expanded at any time, or as needed, to include numerous other violations clearly in evidence. 3. The opinions of this Superior Court are designed to educate those who may be misinformed about their true obligations & duties to their fellow man, to provoke those who may be ignorant of the genuine laws of their divine nature, to provide fair counsel & notice to those operating in malfeasance, and it is only by the mercy of the divine, that this court notice those who have chosen to place profit before proper ethics & morals, and upon those who have, instead, accepted corruption as a nominal, 7

normal, day-to-day, business-as-usual, way of life. 4. To these individuals, this Court offers them an opportunity to change their pathway, less they falter & fall into total dishonor with their god, with their families, their friends, and the community they have sworn, under Oath, to protect & serve. 5. WITHOUT HONOR, ONE IS WITHOUT CHARACTER, VOID OF LOVE, WITHOUT MERCY, AND THEY SHALL BE CAST BACK INTO THE FIRMAMENT & BACK UPON THE DEAD SEAS, FROM WHENCE THEIR DEAD SOULS CAME! It is so ORDERED, this, the 2nd Day of September, In Honor, Service & Integrity!
