Admissions through DASA Venue: Main Building The candidates who have accepted seats in DASA-2018 in B.Tech./B.Arch. programmes of National Institute of Technology Raipur for the academic year through DASA 2018 are advised to report to the institute for admission during July 21, 2018 to July 26(10.am-5.00pm) and hostel allotment (subject to availability) along with the documents listed here under as per the schedule given below. For the students below 18 years age have to submit the undertaking attached as Annexure-IIIB in place of Annexure-IIIA. Better to bring in pen drive. Hostel accommodation Location of NIT Raipur Note: 1. Documents mentioned under points (xiv), (xv) and (xvi) will be retained by the institute and remaining documents will be returned to the candidate after verification. 2. One set of self attested copies of all the documents listed above. 3. If the original certificates are not in Hindi/ English, duly certified Hindi/ English version/ translation of such certificates will be required. 4. Candidates are instructed to keep sufficient number of Photostat copies of the original documents submitted. (i) Only limited no. of seats for boys &girls are available in the hostels of the Institute which are allotted strictly on the basis of merit and category. (ii) The candidate are advised to make alternative arrangement In case, they are not able to get the hostel accommodation. (iii) After institute admission, interested students must have to contact hostel admission counter at the institute. Details of hostel admission fee are given at in the institute website. Hostel fee has to be deposited only after hostel seat is allotted to a student. The institute is located on G E road in the city of Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh at a distance of about 5 km from the Raipur railway station and about 20 km from the Raipur airport. The city is well connected from all major cites of India through air. Railway station is on Mumbai-Howrah railway route in South East Central Railway (SECR). ********************************
