Driscoll of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P.C. ( Mintz, Levin to appear pro hac vice in this action on behalf of ParkerVision, and in support says and certifies: 1. Mr. Driscoll and Mintz Levin have been retained to represent ParkerVision as counsel in all proceedings conducted in this action. 2. Mr. Driscoll is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar, and the bar of the U.S. District Court for the State of Massachusetts. 3. Mr. Driscoll does not make frequent or regular appearances in separate cases to such a degree as to constitute the maintenance of a regular practice of law in the State of Florida.
