Emily Dworak Bruce McPbail Mr. Charles Mahoney attended the meeting to discuss with the Committee his proposal for smaller lots on his development in Draper Ward. Mr. Mahoney had a letter from Mr. Frank Miller stating that lot sizes were under the jurisdiction of the Area Municipality and Mr. Maboney would be required to deal witb tbe Municipality regarding tbis. ACTION: See Item No Mr. Ross Scholes and Mr. Dave Dyke attended the meeting to discuss tbe Sandwood Estates development on tbe Keall property in Monck Ward. Tbere are a total of 211 lots on tbe plan, most of tbem large lots being less tban 2 lots to the acre. The lots bave been designed to protect tbe valley and tbe creeks. 20% has been proposed for parkland rather than the usual 5%. Lots 1 to 56 would represent tbe first stage witb the balance developed in possibly tbree more stages. All tbe lots are for single family dwellings only. They would prefer to service the first phase or tbe first 56 lots with Town water, septic tanks and tile beds because of tbe problem with tbe capacity of the present sewage lagoons. They would be prepared to put full servicing in tbe balance of tbe subdivision. Tbe roads tie in with the present Westvale Heigbts to the South and the proposed McCrank development to the Nortb. ACTION: See Item No. 85. Mr. Bob Fraser and Mr. Bob Widdop, partners in Rock Haven Developments Limited, witb tbeir Solicitor, attended tbe meeting to discuss with tbe Committee Lots 27 to 38 inclusive on Plan 12 in Monck Ward. The plan has been deemed to be not a registered plan of subdivision. Tbey would now like to create four lots from the total parcel. An agreement for sale bas been entered into for one of tbe parcels. ACTION: See Item No Planning and by-law accounts for a total of $ were approved for payment. - Correspondence - Mr. M.E. Fitton regarding tbe Irvine application for rezoning. ACTION: See Item No Ontario Municipal Board acknowledging receipt of the application for approval of By-Law No and enclosing an invoice for the Board's tariff fee. ACTION: None required.
