THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT (No.14 of 2007) COLLECTION OF TRADE UNION DUES JOHN MUNYES, Minister for Labour. IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Labour Relations Act No. 14 of the 2007, the Minister for Labour: (a) Revokes the Order notified by Gazette Notice No of (b) Orders every employer who employs not less than five (5) members of Kenya Chemical and Allied Workers Union to (i) (ii) Deduct every month the sums specified in the schedule in respect of trade union dues from the wages of his employees who are members of that trade union. Pay within ten(10) days of the date of deduction the total sums deducted under Item 1 of the schedule by crossed cheque made payable to the Kenya Chemical and Allied Workers Union into that Union s account No at the Kenya Commercial Bank Limited, Moi Avenue Branch, P.O Box 30081, Nairobi.
