Governor and Secretary of State Kim Guadagno, Esq. for high crimes and misdemeanors, and apparently U.S. District Court Judges, State of N.J. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, other Superior Court and Municipal Judges and prosecutors, the Gov Jon Corzine s (D) administration, and Gov Chris Christie Administrations for complicity and failing to perform their official duties to protect the safety, health, private property, mental evaluation HIPPA and civil rights of its inhabitants including massive continuous violations by retaliation against informants and violating due process rights of the United States of America and New Jersey s Constitution with appointed judges instead of impeachment of Judges and others by its legislator in a repeated basis of agreement in structured enterprises in a repeated pattern of conduct defined as racketerring. These apparent violations include Title 18 Sections: 2, 4, 241, 242 and others whereas manifest injustice, criminal abuse of court process, witness retaliation with bodily harm and terroristic threats, former death threats after testifying under oath against corrupt State and Municipal officials, engineering firms and developers, assault by State Police, and other methods of criminal coercion as reported to the U.S. Treasury (TIG- TA), Department of Justice, TIGTA and U.S.P.S. Inspection Services, the Department of Justice s Public Integrity Section (PIN) and Public Corruption Unit (PCU) and State Police Official Corruption Bureau I therefore amend my prior Motions ignored by the U.S. District Court of the State of Nevada Gloria M. Brief Statement of Facts. a. Judge Gloria Navaro has obstructed justice, acted in a prejudicial manner and not approved any motions or head any hearings regarding Docket 2:12-cv GMN-GWP, Caggiano v. Holder U.S District Court Civil Court Rules nor local rules, not approved U.S. Marshall Service of Court Documents and Filings to be served the respondent with evidence for a federal grand jury to investigate the alleged criminal conduct of over 200 persons engaged in a criminal conspiracy, fraud, retaliation, false imprisonment, false State of NJ Judicial records, violation of rules governing the courts, violations of Brady Protocols, money laundering, mail fraud, trickery, criminal disbursement of funds, complicity, tampered drawings submitted to government officials, et. al. against federal and State of New Jersey, U.S. P.S. Postal Service inspection Service and U.S. Treasury informants. Based upon the direction noted herein she and hundreds of others were referred to other Department of Justice s Office of Professional Responsibility, Public Corruption Unit and Public Integrity Section which investigates Federal Judges. In addition, the DOJ FBI Acting Chief, Civil Rights unit, Criminal Investigative Division. Documents, and CD with movies, audio recordings, pdf files, photographs were included in the U.S. District Court as well as a motion for her to remove herself from the case. 14 Dept of Consumer Affairs, Sussex County Administrator and dozens more as terror is the apparent driver in control of WE THE PEOPLE by tort act violations of outrage, breech of duty with manifest injustice, willful malice and causing prolonged emotional distress considered worse then water boarding with false imprisonment with bodily harm, release of false mental evaluations, perjury, false reports to investigators and by the investigators that are deceptive or blatantly false are condoned. Such constitutionally protected rights of speech and assembly with tax fraud, mail fraud, violations of Rules of Ethics by over 100 judges and government attorneys or those just bribed without contracts as trickery, accomplices are common place and is the Standard Operation of Government to foster corruption, prevent detection and apprehension by violating common law, the Open Public Record Act, the rules governing the courts on public access to court records ( r. 1:38 and the prosecutors and judges violating court rules to convict defendants on the basis of their own fraud and violations of due process. More evidence was made available to me on Oct 22, 2012 upon my return from travel via U.S.P.S. delivery in 1,740 pages of Superior Court Documents by the State of NJ Sussex County Superior Court Civil Part Docket SSX-L by Maria Sette-Hughes, Newton, N.J stamped FILED BY THE COURT which mailed to our new home in North Las Vegas, Nv as we fled our home at 10 East Drive, Stanhope, N.J for our own safety and health reported in over 600,000 copies of documents released during the last 12 years as corruption continues. State v. Schmid, 84 N.J. 535, (1980), State v. Gerstmann, 198 N.J. Super. 175, (App. Div. 1985) and other case law such as State v. Ramseur, 106 N.J. 123 (187) and State v. Zola, 112 N.J. 384(1988) as stated in the Jan 6, 2011 Directive No by the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and its Department of Law and Public Safety ad the Attorney General Guidelines for Retention of Evidence and record retention schedules issued by the Secretary of State of N.J. corrupt Lt.
