Applicant's full name,mobile no.,date of birth and passport No. If employed,company name,phone number,registered seal,signature at the end of the letter and mobile no. of authorized signatory (if applicant is from company) Invitee's full name,mobile no.,date of birth and passport No. Inviter's details, such as in case of companies, name and phone no of person In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter's full name, ID no (Foreigner Registration No), and phone no. Inviting company/individual's registered seal/signature at the end of the letter Original invitation letter not required (Scan copy or Photocopy) yr. Income tax return of applicant (In absence of Income Tax Return please provide explanatory note) 6 months bank statement of applicant (With Bank Seal) (Note: In case of student, under age of 0 years, financial documents of their parents with relationship proof would suffice.) Long-term (over 90 days) visa applicants are required to submit their medical report on tuberculosis from the specifically designated hospitals by the Consulate, however, effective date for Student (D-), Language study abroad (D-) visa will be from July (Fri.), 06.

Education certificate copy. 9: Sports/Art & Culture: Basic documents (Please refer to point No.(A),(B) (C),(D) and (E) ) Achievement certificates (If Applicant is student than he/she can provide their bonafide certificate from college or institute also. Submission & collection can be done personally or through registered travel agents or the representatives can come with authority letter from applicant. No Express Visa services will be entertained after submission. The consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents other than the said given requirment. The consulate reserves the right to take longer visa issuance time to clear doubts if any. Multiple Visas will only be granted to applicants who have been to Korea at least four times on a Business Visa in the last two years or an overall visit of at least ten times. Visa fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
