Ares(2016) /11/2016 EUROPEAN COMMISSION DIRECTORATE-GERAL JUSTICE AND CONSUMERS Director General AWARD DECISION National or transnational projects to support victims of crime Justice Programme Call for proposals: JUST/2015/SPOB/AG/VICT Access to justice strand Having regard to Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union and repealing Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Financial Regulation')l, and in particular Article 133 thereof, Having regard to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29 October 2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules of Application')2, and in particular Article 204 thereof, Having regard to Regulation No 1382/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a Justice Programme for the period 2014 to 20203, and in particular Article 4 (1) (c) thereof, Whereas: (1) The Commission adopted the Commission Implementing Decision concerning the adoption of the work programme for 2015 for the implementation of the Justice Programme4, which provides for a call for proposals for action grants to support national or transnational projects to enhance the rights of victims of crime. (2) A call for proposals was published on the internet site of the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers under the reference JUST/2015/SPOB/AG/VICT, which establishes the objectives and priorities and the admissibility, eligibility, exclusion, selection and award criteria; (3) An Evaluation Committee was appointed pursuant to Article 204(1) of the Rules of Application in order to evaluate the applications submitted under the above mentioned call for proposals and to identify the proposals which may receive funding; OJL 298, , p. 1. 2 (4) The Evaluation Committee established an Evaluation Report which contains all the information required under Article 204(4) of the Rules of Application. I hereby decide: Article 1 Selected proposals The proposals listed in Annex 1 to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the Justice Programme - call for proposals JUST/2015/SPOB/AG/VICT, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex. The overall amount of financing provided is ,99 EUR. Article 2 Reserve List The proposals listed in Annex 2 to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the Justice Programme - call for proposals JUST/2015/SPOB/AG/VICT, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex, subject to the availability of funds. Article 3 Rejected proposals The proposals listed in Annex 3 to this Decision are not selected for financing under the Justice Programme - call for proposals JUST/2015/SPOB/AG/VICT.
