In accordance with the decision ECtHR; the cases of Halkın Emek Partisi (HEP) People s Labour Party, Özgürlük ve Demokrasi Partisi (ÖZDEP) Freedom and Democracy Partyand Türkiye Birleşik Komünist Partisi'nin (TBKP) United Communist Party of Turkey will be retried.
