21 Findings Migration potential is quite high Major reason for migration is economic hardship/unemployment Lower level of education shows less intention to migration due to the lack of knowledge about the migration possibilities/migration policies High level of education groups indicates about the possibility of education in migration Medium level of education groups mainly refer to labor migration Major part of the respondent who wish to migrate does not intend to get training However, more young women refer migration in order to study and work Males have less expectation to find jobs of their qualification than females The share of people expecting to be employed in the domestic sector is significant for Greece, Germany and turkey Russia is indicated by the respondents especially specialized in construction and retail trade Tbilisi shows less potential for migration than other urban and rural areas The absolute major of the population is not aware of the government schemes or companies to work abroad that questions their social security and economic status in case of migration
