2 Photo Requirements: a. Photo must be in high resolution. Do not wear glasses! b. No shadows on the face or in the background. Background must be completely white. c. No smiling and no teeth shown. d. Must be taken recently, within 6 months. e. The photos must show a full frontal view of the face and top of the shoulders. You must be squared to the camera (the image of the face and shoulders must be centered in the photo). The head not tilted to the side. g. The applicant must show a neutral facial expression and look straight into the camera. h. The photo must be clear, sharp and in focus. (No blurred spots or shading) Glare and shadows are unacceptable. The lighting must be uniform to avoid glare or shadows across the face or shoulders, around the ears or in the background. i. Do not staple, paper clip, glue or tape your pictures. Leave them loose in the envelope. j. Hair must NOT cover any part of the face. k. Must be printed on glossy photo paper. l. DO NOT wear any jewelry or accessories. Passport Color Copy Specs: a. A clear, high-resolution color copy of bio data page and signature page of your US Passport (page 2 and 3). The copy cannot be cut-off or trimmed down to a smaller size. ONLY ONE passport copy per page. Please make sure you send a color copy in the highest resolution possible. See attached sample below.
