1 Explore Europe 2014 Interculture Organization invites you to Join Us in Maastricht, Netherlands Summer 2014 Interculture Organization (ICO) is a nonprofit organization that was established in Curacao (Netherlands Antilles) in 1999 and since then the organization has been promoting different cultures and languages worldwide by providing opportunities for groups (low airfare, affordable accommodation and excursions) to meet, interact, and experience new cultures and learn new languages. These opportunities have enriched the lives of high school students, university graduates, undergraduates and professionals and given them experiences and a chance to build friendships that will last a lifetime. In July and August 2014, (ICO) will introduce summer programs, activities courses and excursions to many countries in Europe. This is open to high school students, (age 15 and older) university graduates, undergraduates, college attendees, professionals or just groups who want to explore and experience Europe s diversity.

Last year s participants included mostly bachelor and masters students, but also PhD degree graduates, PhD students, and professionals ranging from age 22 to 65 years old, representing 52 different nationalities. 3 Meet students/groups who share your interests (of different culture) Interaction activities with groups of the same interest (let us know what your interests are) *Take a course in English, Spanish, French and (Papiamentu, native language of Curacao) As part of our cultural activity program, Europe 2014, we will introduce one week, two weeks and three weeks, intensive language courses suitable for beginner to advanced level students in the following languages: *English (intermediate to advanced) *French (beginner to intermediate) *Spanish (beginner to intermediate) *Basic Papiamentu (native language of the Netherlands Antilles These language courses will allow participants the opportunity to practice the language studied, with native speakers. Sightseeing ; experience Dutch culture in Amsterdam s Rembrandtplein Square, and understand the city s active role in history at the Anne Frank House, visit Utrecht, one of Holland s must see province and then relax, eat and shop in Maastricht

6 Visa If you are from one of the countries below and will be attending the Maastricht Summer School 2014 or the ICO cultural activities a visa will be required to enter the Netherlands and the other European countries mentioned in our packages. Please get acquainted with the visa application process and requirements before applying to participate in any of our programs.
