Tengo el honor de comunicarle que el Gobierno de mi pais ha decidido presentar compromisos iniciales para la liberalización en la esfera de los servicios de algunas transacciones en los siguientes sectores: 1. Telecomunicaciones 2. Servicios prestados al sector industrial 3. Transporte marítimo 4. Servicios de prensa 5. Radio, televisión y películas cinematográficas 6. Turismo 7. Servicios médicos 8.
