2 About the Talking Library The Nashville Talking Library is an audio-information service of the Nashville Public Library. We provide books, magazines, and the local newspaper to print-impaired consumers. We are on the air 24/7 and listeners use special receivers which we loan at no charge to eligible individuals in Davidson County.
