Bolling. John McE. Garrett, Chief Deputy Clerk of the Senate and Elder at St. James Presbyterian Church, King William, Virginia, offered the following prayer: Bless, O God, these elected representatives of the peoples of the Commonwealth, as they convene to do the work of the people in this the peoples building.
