ACTION ITEMS 01:30:45 Election of Officers: Nomination and Election of Chair Nomination: Member Bondaug-Winn nominated Member Fischer for the office of WSRAB Chair for one year. Acceptance: Board Member Fischer accepted the nomination. There were no other nominations. Action: Confirm Member Fischer as the WSRAB Chair for one year. CONFIRMED Nomination and Election of Vice-Chair Nomination: Member Fischer nominated Bondaug-Winn for the office of WSRAB Vice-Chair for one year. Acceptance: Board Member Bondaug-Winn accepted the nomination. There were no other nominations. Action: Confirm Member Bondaug-Winn as the WSRAB Vice-Chair for one year. CONFIRMED 8.
