1 About the Authors Dr. Konstantinos Iatridis is a Lecturer in Business and Society in the School of Management at the University of Bath. He has worked with FTSE 100 listed companies on a range of corporate responsibility/sustainability consulting projects and completed a Ph.D. in Corporate Responsibility and an M.Sc. in Environmental Management culminating in over 14 years of academic and practical experience in this area. Prof. Doris Schroeder was educated in Germany and the United Kingdom at postgraduate level in management and economics as well as politics and philosophy. Her first career was in financial planning for Time Warner. Her voluntary work includes 15 years for amnesty international. She currently holds two appointments. She is Director of the Centre for Professional Ethics at the University of Central Lancashire, College of Health and Professor of Moral Philosophy, Law School, UCLan Cyprus. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at Charles Sturt University, Canberra, Australia. Schroeder is best known for her work on benefit sharing and global justice and has published two earlier Springer books (Indigenous Peoples, Consent and Benefit Sharing, co-edited with Rachel Wynberg and Roger Chennells and Benefit Sharing From Biodiversity to Human Genetics, co-edited with Julie Cook Lucas).
