Devvy Kidd Investigative Journalist P.O. Box 1102 Big Spring, Texas May 23, 2011 Congressman Darrell Issa Chairman, House Oversight Committee 2157 Rayburn House Office Building Washington, DC Re: Demand for an official investigation regarding criminal activity by Obama/Soetoro and the release of his alleged long form birth certificate, April 27, 2011 Dear Congressman Issa: Let me qualify a few things before I proceed to the legal issue of this correspondence. I belong to no political party; have been registered independent since I am not a birther. A smear label slapped on sincere Americans who believe the U.S. Constitution is the law of the land and that any presidential candidate must be constitutionally eligible before they can even get on the ballot in the 50 states of the Union. And, most important this is NOT a request in any way for an impeachment (see attachment) of the person sitting in the White House. We have no idea his real legal name. The last legal name of record is Barry Soetoro. Before that it was Barry Dunham, Barry Obama and Barack Dunham. The latest version is BHO, a name he used to register with the Bar in Illinois where he committed perjury by swearing he has never used another name. We know that to be absolutely false from the records released by the school he attended in Indonesia and his known name at Occidental College: Barry Soetoro. I suspect that's why he voluntarily surrendered his law license. Unfortunately, Eric Holder (who should have been indicted and tried for obstruction of justice in the Michael Trentadue murder for which Leaky Leahy was fully aware during the Senate confirmation process) is Obama/Soetoro's close friend and is not going to undertake an investigation without massive pressure from Congress and the American people. Having said that, Congress also has the legal authority to investigate official wrongdoing by the Executive Branch. I believe you can also call for a Special Council. As you no doubt are aware, it didn't take long after the putative president released his alleged real long form birth certificate for experts in the field of detecting forgeries came forth with detailed analysis as to why it is a forgery. The litany of testimonials from experts are more than enough for any rational person to see that birth certificate is a fake and constitutes a criminal fraud by Obama/Soetoro and his co-conspirators. No one is above the law. Barry has defrauded the American people and a full criminal
investigation must be undertaken. It must be undertaken because this is not going away. Had the U.S. Congress done their solemn duty, January 9, 2009, and stopped the electoral college vote, we wouldn't be here today. The issue of Obama/Soetoro's dual citizenship was raging across this country. Because every member of Congress sat there and did nothing, we have a constitutional crisis that grows by the day. There is no question in my mind Congress refused to act that day for two reasons: (1) political survival and (2) because Obama/Soetoro is bi-racial. The vast majority of people in this country forget Barry is half Caucasian. Congress refused to act out of fear there would be race riots and burning of cities across this country. How shameful to brand our fellow Americans of a different race as nothing more than hoodlums who would burn down their own communities because Obama/Soetoro lied to all of us. How shameful the U.S. Congress refused to do their constitutional duty out of what might happen in a few areas across the country goaded on by subversive operations. The race card has been shoved down our throats for years and we the people are sick and tired of it. This is about the Constitution, not the color of someone's skin. Well, the problem has snowballed and it will worsen, which is why, regardless of political heat, the issue of Obama/Soetoro committing a criminal fraud cannot be ignored. We the people will not allow it to be swept under the rug. Let's not pretend members of Congress are not aware of Jerome Corsi's new book, Where's the Birth Certificate?, so named to goad Barry into producing a document. It worked and what was produced has now been focused on with laser precision by experts who state unequivocally it is a forgery. I'm sure you'll be getting more mail on this because we the people will not back down. The Constitution matters. The integrity of the Office of the President of these united States of America is at stake and we the people are tired of it being sullied by a fraud; an impostor who bluffed his way into the White House with the full support of a disgraced mainstream media and the U.S. Congress. The ballot qualification process from 2008 must also be investigated because there's no question Nancy Pelosi and others are also neck deep in the cover up. Due your duty, Rep. Issa and forget about the next election. The American people by the millions will support you. We the people demand it and it's our right to make sure we have a lawfully seated president. Remember Ltc. Terry Lakin? Obama/Soetoro allowed him to be court martialed and sent to Leavenworth to cover up his lies. Cordially, Devvy Kidd
Why Obama/Soetoro/Dunham cannot be impeached While the cries to impeach Obama increase by the day, such an action (if completed) would set one of the most horrible legal precedents in this country ever. It will also not happen with the current Congress. The house could vote to impeach, but the trial has to be conducted by the Democrat controlled Senate. As they are completely and totally ethically bankrupt, it will not happen. Throw in a handful of RINOs who care more about the next election than the U.S. Constitution and you have your answer. Excerpt from Obama Must Step Up or Step Down, Oct. 29, 2008, authored by Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., Ph.D., J.D., on the consequences of a usurper taking office: First, if Obama is not a natural born Citizen or has renounced such citizenship, he is simply not eligible for the Office of President (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be elected by the voters, by the Electoral College, or by the House of Representatives (see Amendment XII). For neither the voters, nor the Electors, nor Members of the House can change the constitutional requirement, even by unanimous vote inter sese (see Article V). If, nonetheless, the voters, the Electors, or the Members of the House purport to elect Obama, he will be nothing but an usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because an usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation. Second, if Obama dares to take the Presidential Oath or Affirmation of office, knowing that he is not a natural born Citizen, he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for the Office of President, he cannot faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, or even execute it at all, to any degree. Thus, his very act of taking the Oath or Affirmation will be a violation thereof! So, even if the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the Oath or Affirmation, Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it. Third, his purported Oath or Affirmation being perjured from the beginning, Obama s every subsequent act in the usurped Office of President will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242, which provides that: [w]hoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States * * * shall be fined * * * or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined * * * or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, * * *, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined * * * or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Plainly enough, every supposedly official act performed by an usurper in the President s chair will be an act under color of law that necessarily and unavoidably subjects [some] person * * * to the deprivation of [some] rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution * * * of the United States in the most general case, of the constitutional right[ ] to an eligible and duly elected individual serving as President, and the corresponding constitutional immunit[y] from subjection to an usurper pretending to be the President. Fourth, if he turns out to be nothing but an usurper acting in the guise of the President, Obama will not constitutionally be the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States (see Article II, Section 2, Clause 1). Therefore, he will be entitled to no obedience whatsoever from anyone in those forces. Indeed, for officers or men to follow any of his purported orders will constitute a serious breach of military discipline and in extreme circumstances perhaps even war crimes. In addition, no one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch of the General Government will be required to put into effect any of Obama s purported proclamations, executive orders, or directives. Fifth, as nothing but an usurper (if he becomes one), Obama will have no conceivable authority to make Treaties, or to nominate, and * * * appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not * * * otherwise provided for [in the Constitution] (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2). And therefore any Treaties or nominat[ions], and * * * appoint[ments] he purports to make will be void ab initio, no matter what the Senate does, because the Senate can neither authorize an usurper to take such actions in the first place, nor thereafter ratify them. One need not be a lawyer to foresee what further, perhaps irremediable, chaos must ensue if an usurper, even with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, unconstitutionally appoint[s] * * * Judges of the Supreme Court whose votes thereafter make up the majorities that wrongly decide critical Cases of constitutional law. Sixth, and perhaps most importantly, Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy the Office of President. The Constitution provides that [e]very Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to an usurper posturing as the President of the United States, but to the true and rightful President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White House, no Bill will or can, before it become a Law, be presented to [him]. If no Bill is so presented, no Bill will or can become a Law. And any purported Law that the usurper approve[s] and sign[s], or that Congress passes over the usurper s Objections, will be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully enters office as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as President. Seventh, if Obama does become an usurper posturing as the President, Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors (see Article II, Section 4). In that case, some other public officials would have to arrest him with physical force, if he would not go along quietly in order to prevent him from continuing his imposture. Obviously, this could possibly lead to armed conflicts within the General Government itself, or among the States and the people.
Devvy Kidd Investigative Journalist P.O. Box 1102 Big Spring, Texas May 23, 2011 Re: Request the Hawaii Senate investigate the birth certificate released by Obama/Soetoro, April 27, 2011 Sen. Sam Slom Hawaii State Senate Hawaii State Capitol, Room 214 Honolulu, HI Dear Senator Sloam: I have read the news items on Worldnetdaily.com regarding the birth certificate issue surrounding the putative president and your comments. I belong to no political party so I have no ax to grind. What we the people by the millions seek is the truth. On April 27, 2011, Obama/Soetoro released what is purported to be his real long form birth certificate. It didn't take long after the putative president released his alleged real long form birth certificate for experts in the field of detecting forgeries came forth with detailed analysis as to why it is a forgery. The litany of testimonials from experts are more than enough for any rational person to see that birth certificate is a fake and constitutes a criminal fraud by Obama/Soetoro and his coconspirators. I have written to Rep. Darrell Issa in the U.S. House of Representatives with a demand that either a Special Council is appointed and/or the Congress conduct a full investigation into what amounts to a criminal fraud by Obama/Soetoro. The alleged birth certificate was retrieved by one of the usurper's legal representatives, but the document itself was generated by a state agency in the State of Hawaii. Your legislative body has the authority to conduct an investigation into how this forgery was manufactured, by who and more importantly, who requested it and when? I ask you to undertake this action because this isn't going to go away. We the people are not going to allow it to be swept under the rug. Cordially, Devvy Kidd
