10 HB 2355: Public Safety: Directs Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to develop method for recording data concerning officer-initiated pedestrian and traffic stops. -In House Committee On Judiciary; Public Hearing 3/6 **HB 2594: Law Enforcement Officers: Allows nonimmigrant authorized to enter United States under Compact of Free Association to be law enforcement officer. -Passed House Floor; In Senate Committee On Judiciary >HB 3078: Public Safety: Addresses Oregon's excessive sentences for addiction-driven drug and property crimes disproportionately impact women and people of color, and now Oregon is on the brink of spending millions to open a new women's prison.
