MOTION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT COMES NOW the Division of Youth Services of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services by and through its undersigned attorneys and pursuant to the appropriate rules of Civil Procedure and Order of this Court moves for a Final Judgment on the pleadings and Order of the Court averring it has complied with in each and every respect the Order of this Court, dated September 6, 7, and there remains no further justiciable issue present in this cause; WHEREFORE Defendant prays for a judgment in its favor and such other and further relief as the court deems appropriate 1 including dissolution of any injunctive Order herein previously rendered.
