Deadline for tabling motions for resolutions on urgent topics (Article 8(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the EuroLat Assembly) Friday, 19 August Deadline for tabling amendments in committee to motions for resolutions included in reports submitted by the standing committees (Articles 8, 16(2) and 19 of the Rules of Procedure): Friday, 15 July Deadline for tabling amendments in plenary Friday, 15 July 2016 (for reports voted on in Lisbon in May 2016) Wednesday, 21 September 2016, (for reports adopted in committee the previous day) if applicable, to motions for resolutions on urgent topics (articles 8, 16(3) and 19 of the Rules of Procedure): Wednesday 21 September 2016, If applicable, deadline for tabling joint motions for resolutions on urgent topics (Article 16(4) of the Rules of Procedure) Wednesday 21 September 2016, Requests relating to the voting methods provided for in Article 15 of the Assembly s Rules of Procedure: by secret ballot (paragraph 3), separate vote by the two houses representing the Assembly s two components (paragraph 4), and split vote Wednesday, 21 September 2016, in writing 6.
