MINISTERS ORDERS The Education Act DISESTLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL DIVISION AND ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL DIVISIONS No. 77/96. 6 that all monies remaining in the Capital Reserve Account of the Blaine Lake School Division No. 57 of Saskatchewan from the rental of the Marcelin School be vested with the Board of Education of the Battleford School Division No. 58 of Saskatchewan to be used towards the financing of future capital projects as negotiated by the board with the Department of Education; 7 that the Board of Education of the Battleford School Division No. 58 of Saskatchewan shall assume ownership of an asset of the Blaine Lake School Division No. 57 of Saskatchewan known as the Hafford School in the Town of Hafford, including the site, buildings, furnishings, equipment and educational supplies; 8 that the Board of Education of the Saskatchewan Valley School Division No. 49 shall assume ownership of the following assets of the Blaine Lake School Division No. 57 of Saskatchewan: (a) the site, buildings, furnishings, equipment and educational supplies of the Leask School in the Village of Leask; (b) the site, buildings, furnishings, equipment and educational supplies of the Blaine Lake School in the Town of Blaine Lake: (c) the furnishings, equipment and educational supplies of the Leask Hutterite School;
