HEARING OF THE PUBLIC AND ADA ACCOMMODATIONS REQUIREMENTS: 6.1 Members of the public that wish to address the Board about an agenda item will be allowed five (5) minutes each at this time or prior to the Board s vote during the actual item. Members of the public may also bring before the Board matters that are not on the agenda. The Board will take no action on such items, but may place them on future agendas for discussion or action. 6.2 Persons who are in need of a disability-related modification or accommodation in order to participate in the board meeting may make a request for accommodation to District Superintendent, Frank H.
