4 RESOLUTION NUMBER 1 APPROVAL OF FINAL AMENDED BUDGET SCHOOL YEAR RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby approve the Final Amended Budget as presented. RESOLUTION NUMBER 2 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED BUDGET SCHOOL YEAR RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby approve the Proposed Budget as presented. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3 SETTING OF TAX RATES FOR RESOLVED, that the Hamtramck Board of Education, after reviewing the budgetary needs of the School District and review of the maximum allowable millage levy, set the school tax millage rates for the fiscal year as follows: 18.0 Mills On Non-Homestead Taxable Value Mills (Recreation) All taxable value 4.00 Mills (Sinking Fund) All taxable value 4

6 RESOLUTION NUMBER 5 - APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH HAA RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby approve the three-year contract between the Hamtramck Board of Education and the Hamtramck Administrators Association per the TA signed on May 17, RESOLUTION NUMBER 6 - APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH AFSCME RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby approve the three-year contract between the Hamtramck Board of Education and AFSCME Local 257 per the TA signed on June 14,

7 CLOSED SESSION RESOLUTION NUMBER 7 CLOSED SESSION RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby go into Closed Session for the purpose of conducting the Evaluation of the Superintendent. The meeting went into Closed Session at RESOLUTION NUMBER 8 OPEN SESSION RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby resume the meeting in Open Session. The meeting resumed in Open Session at 7

8 RESOLUTION NUMBER 9 ADOPTION OF SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION RESOLVED, that the Board of Education does hereby adopt the Evaluation of the Superintendent as presented for the year
