2 Introduction Dear ITSF members, Dear Congress Delegates, The 3rd ITSF Congress, organized both by the International Table Soccer Federation and the FPMFM, the Portuguese Table Soccer Federation, will take place on: PRIL 3-6, 2014 in Lisbon, PORTUGL 4 days dedicated to Table Soccer Development The Congress will take place at : Hotel HF Fénix Lisboa Praça Marquês de Pombal - 8, Coracao de Jesus Lisbon (Portugal) IMPORTNT : the ITSF General ssembly for the season will take place during this Congress, on Saturday morning pril 5. 2

3 Program This 4-days International Congress is a very important meeting for each ITSF member because it will give you among other tools to improve your organization within your federation, to attract new players, to run tournaments with the Fast software, to set up education program in your own country, Day 1 Thursday, 3rd of pril Introduction to Fast Software v.2 Player rating and sport code modifications Motivate new players Day 2 Friday, 4th of pril Federation new rules and ITSF support Workshops for individual training Day 3 Saturday, 5th of pril ITSF GENERL SSEMBLY How to establish an education program Workshops for individual training Day 4 Sunday, 6th of pril Workshops for individual training Each federation must individually participate to the workshop «How to develop your activity in your country» before leaving the Congress. This workshop consists in an individual meeting including a 2-year program for your federation. This program must be started in your country with the help of the Federations ssessment commission before the beginning of the Congress. 3 IMPORTNT : The program is subject to change and the file will be updated regularly.

9 Congress Travel Package One delegate per federation, member of the ITSF, will benefit from a travel package: euros for federations from Europe, euros for all federations, except those from Europe. Federations can send more than one delegate to the Congress - the expenses for the other delegates must be covered by their federation or by the delegates themselves. In order to receive their travel package, congress delegates must attend all workshops scheduled during the 3 rd ITSF International Congress, as well as the General ssembly which will take place on Saturday 5 th of pril 2014 at 09:30 am. Packages will be given in Lisbon. On top of the travel package, The ITSF will support the lunch expenses for Congress delegates from Friday to Sunday (3 meals) and the Congress Dinner on Saturday evening. 9
