Jim Greve, Greve Construction Requested any and all correspondence between District 155 and legal counsel related to the determination that KCG Management & Greve Construction are non-responsive bidders. Request denied under FOIA Section 7(m). 2. Jim Greve, Greve Construction Requested FOIA requests submitted by Jim Greve or Greve Construction on 11/18/98, 5/24/99, 7/27/00, 10/16/01 10/16/02, and 10/1/09. Request granted. 3. Todd Glickman, Citizen Requested information related to District 155 s insurance contracts. Extended the response time on 9/25/12. Attempted to reply to request on 10/18/12 via USPS. Received a Return to Sender notification on 1/3/13. VI. Citizens Who Wish to Address the Board It shall be the Policy of the Board of Education that any citizen or organization desiring to address this Board shall request the Secretary of the Board of Education to place his/her or its name on the Agenda, no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the meeting of the Board of Education at which the citizen or organization wishes to speak. Such citizen or organization shall give the Secretary of the Board of Education a brief written description of the subject matter to be discussed.

Board Policy - Second Reading Suspensions The Suspension Policy is being amended to include both the Superintendent and Vice Principal in those allowed to suspend students. This will legally assist the District in the event a parent contests a suspension given by those roles not currently listed. B. Resignation, Retirement, Dismissal, and Non-Renewal Daniel Adams resigning as nine-month Paraprofessional at Cary-Grove High School, effective January 18, Pawel Bachara resigned as second shift Custodial Supervisor at Prairie Ridge High School, effective January 7, Catherine Carroll retiring as ten-month Paraprofessional at Crystal Lake South High School, effective January 18, Deanna Huffman resigning as nine-month Paraprofessional at Crystal Lake South High School, effective January 22, Jena Krawiec resigned as nine-month Paraprofessional at Cary-Grove High School, effective January 9, Victoria Marulli resigned as Pom Coach at Prairie Ridge High School, effective December 20, Jessica Mino resigned as nine-month Paraprofessional at Crystal Lake South High School, effective December 21, John Sayles resigned as Assistant Boys Golf Coach at Crystal Lake Central High School, effective January 7, 2013.
