1 Congress Rules IMPACT 17 KRAKOW General provisions 1. The impact'17 Congress (later: "Congress") is organised by the Impact Foundation with its registered seat in Krakow (zip code ) at ul. Lublańska 34 (NIP (tax ID) , REGON ). 2. The payment operators for congress pass is PayU ( The payment for the congress can be made via wire transfer or with MasterCard or Visa. In the event of payment with a foreign card, a surcharge shall be added according to the operator's tariff. 3.The aim of the Congress is to take real action to bring together entrepreneurs, corporations, scientists and public administration representatives and the most important innovators in the world. 4.The Congress will take place on 31 May 1 June 2017 at the ICE Congress Centre, ul. Marii Konopnickiej 17, Kraków Only persons that meet the requirements laid down in of these Rules may attend the Congress. The persons attending the event shall be referred to Participants (and individually as: Participant ). 6.The Organiser shall make available these rules (later: Rules ) which set forth the rights and obligations of the Organisers in connection with the Congress and the rights and obligations of the Participants connected with the participation in the Congress. 7.The Organiser hereby informs that the Congres is tnot a mass event within the meaning of the provisions of the act of 20 March 2009 on the security of mass events (Dz. U. (Polish Journal of Laws) as amended).

2 8.All Partcipants of the event shall familiarise themselves with the Rulesof the Event prior to participation and is obligated to comply with these Rules. 9.The Organiser shall provide medical secutiry during the Congress. 2 RESTRICTIONS OF ITEMS AND PERSONS ALLOWED ON CONGRESS GROUNDS 10.As regards the prohibitions to carry items and other restrictions for being on Congress grounds, the following are forbidden for Participants to posess during the Congress: a) Weapons, explosives, pyrotechnic products, flammable materials, alcoholic beverages, intoxicants or psychotropic substances. b) It is forbidden to carry into the Congress grounds and posess during the congress other dangerous objects, in particular sharp, heavy, hard, glass or metallic or other object that may cause danger for the Participants, e.g. umbrellas, shoes, rucksacks or clothing containing hard or heavy elements which in sudden and unexpected contact with the body of another Participants may cause that participant bodily harm. 11.Objects referred to in Paragraph 10 Section b) hereof may be left for storage free of charge prior to entering the Congress grounds. 12.Should it be discovered that items were carried into the Congress ground in violation of the prohibition referred to in Paragraph 10 hereof, the Organiser shall have the right to remove the Participant responsible from Congress grounds unless the objects referred to in Paragraph 10 Section b) are immediately handed over for storage on the basis of the provisions provided for in Paragraph 11 hereof. 3 PARTICIPANT SECURITY

3 13.All Congress Participants are obligated to behave in a manner that does not cause any danger to the Security of other Participants or other persons remaining on Congress grounds and in particular to comply with the provisions hereof and obey the law and follow the instructions of security personnel and representatives of the Organiser. 14.To ensure the security of the Congress, the Organiser shall appoint for the duration thereof a security team as well as their representatives responsible for coordinating and supervising the proceedings of the Congress. 15.The Organiser may refuse entry or presence on Congress grounds to persons whose behaviour may cause danger to other Participants of the Congress. 16. The Congress may be cancelled or suspended at any time if its commencement or continuation creates a threat to the security of its Participants. 17.A Participant of the Congress in the event of noticing any threat to persons or property on Congress grounds should: a) immediately notify security or the representatives of the Organiser; b) comply with instructions of security personnel or representatives of the Organiser; c) avoid causing a panic; d) do not impede the access of emergency services to Congress grounds. 18. The Congress is addressed chiefly to adults. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 may participate in the Event: a) under the care of their statutory representative or other adult authorised to care for the minor (later: Guardian ) upon providing a declaration signed by the Guardian confiming the responsibility of the Guardian for the minor; or

4 b) upon the provision of a declaration of consent for the minor to participate in the Congress signed by the Guardian. 4 RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONGRESS 19.The prerequisite to entering the Congress is the purchase of a ticket online via the website pass.impactcee.com and the payment of the charge of 990 PLN net between 8 March and 31 March 2017, of 1490 PLN net between 1 April and 22 April 2017, of 1990 PLN net between 23 April and 19 May 2017 and of 2490 PLN net between 20 May and 1 June 2017, respectively. 20. You may purchase a pass or apply for a free pass to impact 17. Applying for a free pass does not guarantee being granted a pass. The Participant shall be notified by on the result of the processing of the application for the free pass. 21.A confirmation of pass purchase shall be sent to the address specified by the Participant prior to the Congress. 22.Upon making the payment the Participant shall receive an confirming the transaction and the information regarding the dispatch of the pass to impact 17 at a later date. 23.Participants shall be notified of the beginning of registration by the Organiser via The registration and participation in the Congress are voluntary. 5 REFUNDS 25.The payment for the pass shall be non-refundable unless the Congress does not take place due to reasons attributable to the Organiser. 6 COMPLAINTS

Any complaints, remarks or notions in matters related to the participation in the Congress may be filed within 14 days of the conclusion of the Congress in writing to the following address of the Organiser: FUNDACJA IMPACT ul. Lublańska 34, Kraków or via to: The Organiser shall consider any complaint within 14 days of receipt. 7 FINAL PROVISIONS 27.Any Participant may request a VAT invoice to be issued within 30 days of the conclusion of the Congress via the following registration@impactcee.com. 28. The Organiser may record the proceedings of the Congress for the purpose of Documentation or advertising and promotional purposes. The Organiser may use such recordings or photographs of its parts, including the images of Participants or other persons remaining on Congress grounds without restriction of time or territory and without payment of remuneration for the use of image in any area of exploitation, including those referred to in Article 50 of the act on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, in particular through recording, reproduction, trading and distribution, including exhibiting, displaying, playing, broadcasting, re broadcasting and sharing in a manner allowing anyone access at a chosen time and place. 29.Titles in these Rules are made strictly for easier reference and reading. 30.The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Rules with seven days notice to Participants via to the address provided by the Participant upon ticket purchase. In the event of an amendment to these Rules, the Participant has the right to return the ticket within seven days of receipt of the notifying of the amendment to the Rules. 31.The Organiser reserves the right to process personal data, including the name, surname, address to place and execute orders. Please be informed that in line with the act of 29 August 1997, any Participant has the right do browse, amend, demand to cease processing or to delete the

6 personal data. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent shall preclude the placement and execution of orders. 32.These Rules shall enter into force upon publication on 15 March 2017.
