1 ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE DANSVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION - Call to Order Roll Call The Organizational Meeting of the Dansville Central School Board of Education was called to order on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 7:03 p.m., by president, Mary Ann Holden, in the Dansville Primary School Cafeteria, 284 Main Street, Dansville, NY Members Present: Mary Ann Holden Brian Applin Margaret Foster Dan Bishop Matt Crane Deborah Betts Clay Harris Also Present: Superintendent, Paul J. Upon motion made by Harris, seconded by Applin, the following resolution was offered: RESOLVED, that Mary Ann Holden be nominated President of the Board of Education of Dansville Central School District for the 2016/2017 fiscal year. Vote of the foregoing resolution was: Yes 6 No 0 Abstain 1 (Holden) Upon motion made by Applin, seconded by Crane (AMENDED), the following resolution was offered: RESOLVED, that Clayton Harris be nominated Vice-President of the Board of Education of Dansville Central School District for the 2016/2017 fiscal year. 1

There will be only one meeting on the second Tuesday in November and December. The meetings will be held in the Primary School Cafeteria starting at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise advertised by notice. FURTHERMORE, the Board of Education adopts the Board of Education Calendar for as presented. Authorized Christine Atwell and Vaune Crawford to sign checks.
