CONSENT RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED that the following resolutions herewith listed having been considered by the governing body of the Borough of Ramsey be and are hereby passed and approved: Resolution: payment of vouchers Resolution: ratifying the actions of the governing body for payroll number nineteen Resolution: authorizing the tax judgment for Block 3208 Lot 13 in the amount of $ Resolution: authorizing a tax court judgment on Block 2001 Lot 14 in the amount of $13, for years 2009, 2011, 2012 and Resolution: authorizing Capital Alternatives Corporation to prepare, assemble, and submit the necessary documentation on behalf of the borough for the Tisdale Elementary School Safety Improvement Project Resolution: authorizing the submission of a grant application and execute a grant agreement with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the Tisdale Elementary School Safety Improvements Project Resolution: confirming the award of contract by the Board of Public Works to CFM Construction, Inc. of Stirling, NJ in an amount of $145,200 for the Crescent Well No. 1 Pumping Station Interior Building Renovations Resolution: confirming the appointment of Kelly Dispoto as Administrative Assistant in the Fire Prevention Bureau effective September 25, Resolution: authorizing the escrow release for Verizon Wireless, Block 4203, Lot 7 in the amount of $ Resolution: confirming the endorsement of Community Development projects for automatic handicapped door opener at borough hall Resolution: confirming the appointment of Gordon Willcox to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Regular Member
